The next-door room was quite noisy with people coming and going, and the room was a bit small, but everything else was fine.

The hotel room is big enough for family. We take a taxi for 5min about 1,200 yen. The thing that is quite strange is they provide bar soap instead of shower bath.

Good hotel

Great place and staff! Top notch hotel.

The air conditioning was so loud I couldn't sleep, so I had to turn it off and go to sleep.

The only downside was that the hair dryer was a little old, and the smell in the hallway was bothersome. The service was very good, and I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel was originally a classical hotel representing Nagano. It has been rebuilt, but the staff's dignity and hospitality are as expected. On weekends, it is used as a wedding venue, so you will pass by many people dressed in flashy attire. We stayed in the cheapest room (a single room for two in the old building), so the facilities were like those of a cheap business hotel, with a combined bathroom and toilet. I guess that's to be expected for a cheap hotel. We received good service for the same price as a business hotel, so we felt good and like we got a good deal. The restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard, and you can enjoy classic hotel cuisine at an affordable price, so we recommend using the restaurant.

Hygiene, delicious breakfast, good service

The room was upgraded, and although I was alone, there were two beds, so it felt like a lot. It was classy and had a great atmosphere. The amenities in the bathroom are cute and make you feel tight. As someone who doesn't watch TV, finding the Wi-Fi password was a bit of a pain. If you call the front desk, it will appear on the TV screen. The TV is stored in a place like a chest of drawers, and I don't think people who don't watch the TV will turn it on even if they find it. It is difficult to catch a taxi in the morning, so we recommend leaving with plenty of time to spare.

It's perfect except for the age. It was nice to have a parking lot attached. The hotel employees greeted me well and the atmosphere was nice.

Although I only stayed overnight, I think the location is good as it is close to Zengyoji Temple and Nagano Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows were comfortable and all three of my family members were satisfied. It was a hotel that I would like to use again.
