Ulasan Nagano Tokyu Rei Hotel

The room was tiny, so small that I had to open my suitcase in the hallway. Otherwise, it had all the standard amenities. The hotel's hallway was nice, and the service was standard. The biggest advantage is its excellent location – it's just a minute's walk across the street to the train station's shopping mall. There are plenty of food options and restaurants nearby, and it's much livelier than the east exit side. Breakfast was better than expected, the soba noodles were delicious, and they even had Nagano apples! The desserts were good too! It's an okay spot for a quick stopover on the way to Hakuba.

The soundproofing is pretty good. Although the room isn't huge, it was sufficient for three people, and the cleanliness was also quite good.

Extremely disappointing stay. The front desk lady had a terrible, very arrogant attitude. The water pressure in the hotel bathroom shower was incredibly low. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in Japan regarding both service attitude and water pressure.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the JR station. There are convenience stores and many trendy restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, and there's a step in the bathroom, so be careful.

The location is convenient, right across the street from Nagano Station. It's clean, and the lobby is nicely decorated. The downside is that the room is a bit small; you can only open one large suitcase. A double room is really only suitable for one person. For two people, a twin room would be better.

Location is excellent right in the heart of the city and opposite the station. There's convenience store and Don Quijote 1 min walk away. Staff were generally polite and helpful. Room is squeezy by design, can't open two luggages at the same time. Okay for short stay but not for long stay. It's not really a hotel to relax due to tight space in room.

Tokyu Rei hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Nagano station. The rooms are of a good enough size for a short stay for a couple, single, or family with young kids. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. If staying a night or two to experience the Snow Monkey Park and the city of Nagano and it's surroundings, it's a good option. It's within walking distance of Zenjiko shrine, which is large and free to enter. The station is right across the street and offers many restaurants and a grocery store. For convenience, it's a good option.

The location is perfect, right outside the station, and the bus stop for Togakushi is just a 2-minute walk away. The facilities are great, and the breakfast is delicious (especially the curry). The room size is acceptable, offering excellent value for money.

I came for Togakushi Shrine in Nagano. The hotel is directly across from Nagano Station, with a convenience store downstairs. Within a one-minute walk, there's a highly recommended ramen shop and a yakiniku restaurant. The bus to Togakushi Shrine also stops right in front of the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient.

Good location, train station is just opposite. Nearby also have many F&B. Cleanliness is good. Room is not very spacious, it makes me think of Shinjuku Washington Hotel size. But service is very good, more friendly, and they help us to move the luggage up to our room straight after our bag hv transfer via luggage transfer service. So when we reach hotel, we just need to check in and go up straight. There's washing machine and dryer provided with fee, however is a small one. The lobby is very nice and comfortable. Will consider to stay here again if I visiting Nagano.

The room was clean, but a bit small; it was quite a struggle to open two large suitcases. However, it's very close to the JR station, and the bus stop for Togakushi Shrine is just a 3-minute walk away.
