Ulasan Hotel Mystic Mountain

First, the service was okay; the best part was that the regular staff would greet you with a smile in the hallway. Second, in the restaurant, I sat at my table for five minutes and no one came to give me a menu or say hello. The table wasn't cleaned properly; they were probably too busy to set it up. Third, the food was okay, but not particularly delicious. Fourth, after 2 PM, there was no sun, and it was a bit cold in winter, so the hotel didn't get any sunlight. Fifth, and worst of all, the sheets weren't changed, and the sheets had an odor (see picture). The sheets smelled strongly of foot odor! We found out late and were too lazy to ask the staff to change them, so we slept on the blankets and used spare blankets from the closet. Overall, the experience was terrible. I mentioned this at checkout and showed them the pictures, but the manager just came over and gave a brief apology, saying it might be because the dry cleaning service hadn't cleaned the sheets properly and that the housekeeping staff should have changed them. For over 1000 yuan a night, such poor conditions and such terrible room service are unacceptable! I will never stay here again and will not recommend it to any friends.
