The location is nice. Nice view and onsen has wonderful View too. Just the rooms are little outdated

The hotel is located on a mountain, but there are two or three shuttle buses every hour, so the transportation is actually quite convenient. Unfortunately, the rooms and facilities are a bit old, and traces of time can be seen everywhere. The elevator even shakes up and down during operation, but the room is very spacious. Big, which is quite rare in Japan

The room is quite spacious, but it's a pity that it's not a room with a night view. The open-air hot spring is also very good. There is a hotel shuttle bus to Nagasaki Station with moderate frequency, which is very convenient.

There is a hotel shuttle bus service between the hotel and JR Nagasaki. The hotel is located halfway up Mount Inasa, where you can enjoy the night view of Nagasaki. It is also very convenient to take the ferry from the hotel to Nagasaki Port to Fukushima.

Because it’s a one-stop, two-dinner meal, the dinners on the first and second nights don’t change much.

昔からあるホテルを改装された感じで バリ風のエステサロンやサウナ露天風呂からの夜景 晴れてたら素晴らしい景色です。 雨でもひさしがあるので露天風呂も楽しめます。 トレーニングマシンに卓球、マンガコーナー ビリヤードもできるようでした。 朝食はプランにより洋食または和食。 私は和食で籠に綺麗に盛り付けられて 美味しくいただきました。 お部屋から見える夜景に 朝焼け山の向こうからの日の出🌅 いい思い出になりました。 天気良かったので(^^)

飯店人員態度非常不好 英文能力非常差 可能地理位置不常有遊客 但不論在櫃檯跟餐廳 完全沒有想辦法或是拿出翻譯軟體與顧客溝通 我們努力再跟他對話 但是他聽到不是日文整個態度超差跟不耐煩 甚至在我們的面前用日文碎碎念 房間的設施設備也真的不是很OK 唯一就只有窗外的夜景 但是窗戶很髒 同樣位置附近應該會有更好的選擇 汗蒸幕外面圖片說明 是穿著浴衣鋪毛巾 但是清潔人員疑似想要下班 趕快打掃 時間也還有一個小時 非常兇的一直趕我們走 用日文說不行不行 比手劃腳我們理解是他說這裡不能穿衣服進來 但是當地的日本人也都跟我們一樣 我們也有用日文翻譯軟體 告知同行友人不吃牛肉 上餐的時候完全不主動說 我們先吃了發現有牛 才跟他確認，他還不耐煩 反正整間飯店從用餐餐入住 到設施 所有的服務生都非常糟糕

懂日文的才建議去。服務和設施非常不錯，食物精緻。

朝の景色も良かった

温泉が最高でした。露天風呂から見える夜景も良かったです。ただ，火曜日水曜日朝風呂がお休みらしく泊まった次の日の朝、お風呂に入れなかったことだけが悔やまれます。

很不錯的酒店，晚上的夜景很漂亮，溫泉也很舒服，房間雖然很舊但床很舒服，可以直接上山看長崎的夜景。很適合情侶。

こちらの温泉ホテルは、本当に素晴らしい体験を提供してくれました！温泉は広々としており、とてもリラックスできます。スタッフのサービスも丁寧で親切でした。お部屋は少し古い印象があるものの、他のレビューほど気になるレベルではありませんでした。むしろ広々として快適に過ごせました。また、EV車の充電設備が整っているのも大変便利でありがたかったです。総じて、とても満足できる滞在でした！
