Located right next to the JR station and AMU plaza, it is the most convenient location in town. The hotel just opened its door in January 2024. The check in lobby is located on 7th floor, where the ground floor has a hotel reception counter. Since the lobby is located the 7th floor, the view of the city is spectacular and the natural lights is abundant. We are checked into near the top floor with a room facing south. Staff generally speak good English. The room is spacious, given the proximity to the JR station. There are quite much storage space in the room. Hotel amenities in the bathroom is quite abundant and of good quality. Kudo must be given to Mr Minamoto san, the room manager. I was feeling unwell during my stay, he has been very helpful in arranging doctor appointment, and even help us bring our luggage to Nagasaki bus station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel. Even comparing with other very good Japanese staff, Mr Minamoto is outstanding in service and knowledge, and definitely an asset to the hotel.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

The hotel is conveniently located. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff was quick to give us a print out on how to drive to the car park. We booked a standard room and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I dropped a earring in the room and the housekeeping staff was nice to place it on the table for me. Thank you! I like that the hotel pay attention to details such as providing print out in English on how to operate the air-conditioning/heater and also the TV remote.

Akses sangat baik berhampiran perhentian trem. Terdapat beberapa kedai serbaneka berdekatan, jadi saya rasa anda tidak akan menghadapi masalah walaupun anda tergesa-gesa. Selain itu, jika anda berjalan sedikit, anda akan sampai ke Hamamachi, jadi anda boleh membeli kebanyakan barangan dengan mudah dan pergi bersiar-siar. Di samping itu, luaran dan dalaman hotel ini ber***a dengan suasana retro. Saya menggunakannya di persatuan perempuan dan ia sangat bagus. Kakitangan di meja depan juga baik. Saya masih mahu menggunakannya!

The winner for this hotel is it's location. Yes it's a couple of stops away from the train/bus station so not necessarily ideal for that but it is super close to a lot of the sightseeing, like Dejima, Chinatown and the harbour area. There is also a tram stop right outside so you can get anywhere really easily. The room itself was pretty small but it has everything you need and they even were able to fit in a desk with a TV for example. Check in was super easy using the self check in machine and staff is there to help you along the way if you're struggling or have any questions. We thought it was a bit expensive for what you get since everything is a little bit dated and the room is on the small side.

少々くたびれ感のある駅前ホテルですが、路面電車やバスターミナルなど交通網の要衝にあるのでどこへ行くにも便利です。駅直結ではないですが、駅前ですし、ショッピングモールの上階にあるので、買い物や食事も便利です。アメニティは普通のビジネスホテルレベルで、フロント前のアメニティーコーナーから必要な分だけ持っていくというスタイルです。とりわけ特筆すべきは長崎県産「そのぎ茶」の日本茶ティーバッグ。とてもビジネスホテルレベルとは思えない、かなり美味しいお茶でした。後日、ネットでお取り寄せしたほど気に入りました。

Nicely located in the British area of the city and beautiful walking areas nearby. The hotel felt cozy, neat, well managed for Covid19 protocols and very comfortable. The staff was trained well and quite professional. I had to settle a personal travel matter and the staff Mr Wang Meng Yao helped me with it. That was indeed helpful and going the extra mile. The room had nice views of Glover hills neighbourhood. The breakfast was nice and I enjoyed sitting and eating from a choice of western and Japanese food items. The Mt. Inasa ropeway bus service and tickets were available at the hotel and were very helpful indeed.Its a good choice for your day and quite a good value. Tram station is less than 2 min walking.Close of key attractions like Atomic bomb museum and the Chinatown.

比較舊還算乾淨。住頂樓的話浴室水壓不夠。 交通方便就別想了，在半山腰雖然有接送巴士，最好自己租車。 離稲佐山山頂比較近開車上去幾分鐘就到。在房間也能看到港口美景。 酒店大廳挺氣派，所以早餐那麼寒酸主菜就是業務超市的培根香腸讓我吃驚。 前台服務態度中規中矩，知道我是外國人也沒有多餘和過多的好臉色。每次出門要跟前台換車鑰匙挺麻煩的。 入住第一晚趕上修學旅行的學生團，隔音效果不好很吵鬧，打電話投訴才有所好轉。

長崎湾に臨む稲佐山にある大江戸温泉物語のホテルです。景色が最高です。 【施設】 建物自体は新しくはないですが、大江戸温泉になった時にきれいにリフォームされています。ロビーは大きな窓から長崎湾が一望でき、広くてきれいです。ロビーが3階となり、2階にはそれほど多くはないですが、マンガ本があり、ロビーでのみ読むことが可能。卓球、カラオケ、ダーツもあります。洗濯機はありません。 入館時、従業員の方が体温チェックしています。歯ブラシ、浴衣はロビーから部屋に持っていきましょう。 【部屋】 今回は12畳の和室でしたが、全室長崎湾に面しており、部屋に入ると窓からの景色に感動します。カーテンを開け放っても外からは見えず、夜の景色は更に素晴らしいです！。４人家族には十分の広さ。部屋自体は古さが否めないですが、気になるほどではないです。冷蔵庫は、冷凍庫と冷蔵庫の2段に分かれているのは嬉しい。テーブルは小さいです。布団は既に部屋に置かれており、自分で伸ばしてシーツを掛けるようになっており、好きなタイミングで敷けます。内風呂は小さめですが、大浴場があるのでまず使う人はいないでしょう。トイレは狭いですが、ウォシュレットは装備されています。 【食事】 夕食のバイキングは、会場が広くないためか、以前別の大江戸温泉に泊まった時に比べて品数は少なく感じましたが、それでも十分です。目の前で焼いてくれる佐世保名物レモンステーキは肉が柔らかくて美味しいです。スパゲティもかなり本格的なものでした。長崎らしく、皿うどんなどもありました。ハーゲンダッツが食べ放題でした。 会場からの景色も素晴らしいです。 【風呂】 午後８時で男女入れ替えになります。11階の展望露天風呂は凄い！目の前に遮蔽物がないため、湯船に浸かった状態でも長崎湾が望めるため、本当に気持ちいいです。夜景を見ながらの入浴は幸せです。 ３階の露天風呂は、さすがに湯船に浸かったままでは景色は見えませんが、それでも景色は申し分ないです。 タオルは部屋から持って行きましょう。

2nd visit, anxious to use my “secret trip” Kyushu promotion campaign discount. All as nice as I remember spacious room, bad tv options, activities, Two food options and spa/onsen choices. New was the many foreign staff working on all sectors of the facility Surprisingly non of them spoke English, to me anyway. No greetings, no explanations, no thank you, no nothing I was a ghost as my Japanese travel partner is all they saw and spoke only to her and addressed only her nobody and I mean nobody initiated any attempts to make me feel welcome in English. Very disappointed that this facility has forgotten how to make foreign guests feel welcome (after two years of COVID) japan May have reverted to “gaijin complex” hospitality and has apparently imposed a Japanese only language rule on its foreign staff. How sad in deed.

This hotel is located opposite AMU Plaza Nagasaki and a walking distance from/to Nagasaki station. Due to the peak season, there was not many options to find a good hotel. Frankly speaking, this hotel was a bit old and outdated, but since we only stayed for two nights, we could ignore this matter. Another issue was that the laundry room was packed with people using the machines. They still provided amenities and bottled water in the room. The bed was quite big but not comfy at all. The toilet was pretty tight for a tall person. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Family Mart and a Yoshinoya store in the neighbourhood.

酒店离开JR站很近。我们先去了车站的綜合觀光案內所购买了电车一日劵，这个劵一天内可以无限次乘坐电车。然后从綜合觀光案內所方向出站，走过AMU PLAZA，过了天桥就到了酒店。天桥下就是电车站和马路（现在有部分在修路）。有电梯上下天桥，电梯下来就到了酒店门口，非常方便。酒店是下午三点才能check in，我们将行李寄存在酒店，就出去玩了。酒店很干净，早餐也不错。

On the map, this hotel is very well located. Buses (including airport buses) and trams stops directly in front of the hotel. In practice, however, you need to use a foot bridge with only stairs to access the trams. If you are travelling with large luggage or have accessibility issues, it won't be so convenient. The hotel is (barely) within walking distance from Nagasaki Train Station, but there's no restaurant really close by. There's a convenience store located right on the first floor though. The hotel had an impressively large, old school styled lobby. The staff were really nice and professional even by Japanese standard. The public space met my expectation for a 4 start hotel. The room was huge for the price, and that was probably the best thing about the hotel. The interior was not fancy, and I saw many comments complaining the hotel being ”too old”. But personally, I found it work pretty well. The price was really good for the room size, and it did not feel as worn-out as some comments suggested. The general look and feel was slightly different from most Japanese hotels probably because it was previously ran by an international hotel chain. There were, however, some obvious issues about the room. I was able to hear my neighbor talking, which is something I don't expect from a 4 star hotel in Japan. There was some mysterious stomping sound in early morning every day. The card reader on the wall contained a powerful blue light that turns the whole room blue when all the lights turned off. If you like trains, the hotel has good view to trains getting in and out of Nagasaki station. You will hear them a bit but they don't run very frequently. The breakfast was offered on the top floor of the hotel, and the view was fantastic. The food quality was pretty good for the price, with lots of local specialties on the menu. I will recommend it. Overall there were lots of things to like about the hotel, but the soundproofing was really below standard for Japan, and my sleep quality wasn't that good. Which is why I only give it 3 stars. For those who are generally not bothered by noises or lights when sleeping, I think this hotel still worth a serious consideration for its value.

金曜日の夜、高速バスでの夜遅い到着だったので、１人利用の素泊まりお部屋おまかせプランにしていましたが、予約時にちょこっと伝えていた「禁煙、高層階希望」をどちらも叶えてくださっていて、しかも１人なのにお部屋もユニットバスもすべてが新しい広々としたツインルームだったので感激しました。 大浴場はそれほど広くはありませんが、檜の香りがよく、脱衣所も浴室も明るく清潔に保たれていて気持ちよく使えました。 お部屋のユニークな直角に突き出た窓からは、カーテンを開けると左右に広がる眺めがよく、また、そこが机になっていたので、眺めを楽しみながら食事や作業ができて素敵でした。 スタッフさんはどなたも物腰柔らかで親切な印象。 以前、ランタンフェスティバルに来たときに見かけて気になっていたホテルでしたが、想像以上によかったです。 また長崎に来るときはぜひ利用したいです。

At midnight, the woman next to my bed suddenly open my curtain, it happened twice!!! She is so rude and I’m so afraid, since there is no staff at night, I cannot ask for help immediately. This is such a bad experience for me. Other facilities are very good, bed and room are clean. I think I’m bad luck to have such a bad and crazy roommate!

After a 7 hours trip on 4 different trains you’d think that once you arrive at the most expensive hotel in Nagasaki you’d get a similar experience. But that’s not the case.. to start with the reception is at the top floor which was a bit odd but didn’t really bother us. What bothered us was the chaos happening at the reception with a hoard of people not knowing where to go what to do etc etc and only one receptionist out of the three (including the manager) serving. Everything you might need for your stay you have to pick it up your self from a stand in front of the reception like a grocery store. Finally after we got someone’s attention and paid they gave us a paper with instructions for the hotel and the spa! Apparently people bearing tattoos are not allowed to enter!! Something they clearly need to state on their websites and booking sites and they don’t! You are also not allowed to use your phone or camera to take any pictures of the sky spa. We were very upset for the matter and asked to speak to a manager which refused to come and talk to us and then gave the excuse of not speaking English! I mean how come and the staff below the manager position speak fluently English and she doesn’t ? When we ask for a refund they tried to bargain with us by saying “ you can use the spa if there is no people “ “you can go late at night” . What on earth is that? Trying to hide your guests? And to finish off after finally getting refund there was no apology whatsoever not even goodbye! Excellent NOT service!

酒店分為新館“blue sky hotel”和舊館“sky hotel”。 在一個坡度為35度的坡頂上，開車上去的時候有一種乘坐過山車🎢的感覺。 剛進入房間的時候，房間比較舊，打開唯一的窗戶🪟衹見一麪牆，有些失望。 但是，之後都是滿意的體驗。匯總為以下： 1: ♨️溫泉是真的溫泉，超級舒服。一天疲勞全部消除。 2: 附帶的晚餐，是頂樓天台的自助烤肉。烤肉可以追加，此外還有很好吃的咖喱飯，炒麵，素麵，毛豆，炸燒賣，水果…關鍵有最受孩子們喜歡的棉花糖，冰沙。 對了，飲料也是自助，傍晚在涼快的天台喝🍺，太舒服啦！ 3: 位置非常好。開車五分鐘就能到山頂欣賞世界三大夜景之一稻佐山夜景🌃。 4: 工作人員服務非常好。天台的台灣小帥哥🤵♂️，印度小帥哥🤵♂️ ，很熱情地招呼所有人並給每桌客人拍照📷留念。 5: 非常適合帶孩子去。因為是榻榻米，可以很自由地使用房間。孩子也不用另外計算費用。小朋友超級喜歡榻榻米房間。 6: 一樓可以打乒乓球🏓，二樓可以卡拉OK。 7: 十分實惠。全家四人，兩晚三天而且是お盆休み，價格非常實惠。

比較舊還算乾淨。住頂樓的話浴室水壓不夠。 交通方便就別想了，在半山腰雖然有接送巴士，最好自己租車。 離稲佐山山頂比較近開車上去幾分鐘就到。在房間也能看到港口美景。 酒店大廳挺氣派，所以早餐那麼寒酸主菜就是業務超市的培根香腸讓我吃驚。 前台服務態度中規中矩，知道我是外國人也沒有多餘和過多的好臉色。每次出門要跟前台換車鑰匙挺麻煩的。 入住第一晚趕上修學旅行的學生團，隔音效果不好很吵鬧，打電話投訴才有所好轉。

I'm so impressed with the services here. They took care of us very well and made me feel that they really gave the services from the bottom of their heart, with Omotenashi! We would get stuck on the Inasayama mountain at the observation building up hill because we couldn't find the taxi back to hotel, but the staff helped us by calling the taxi and we finally got to the hotel safely! Pheww~ They are Oldie but Goodie! I'll definitely come back! 👍

長崎湾に臨む稲佐山にある大江戸温泉物語のホテルです。景色が最高です。 【施設】 建物自体は新しくはないですが、大江戸温泉になった時にきれいにリフォームされています。ロビーは大きな窓から長崎湾が一望でき、広くてきれいです。ロビーが3階となり、2階にはそれほど多くはないですが、マンガ本があり、ロビーでのみ読むことが可能。卓球、カラオケ、ダーツもあります。洗濯機はありません。 入館時、従業員の方が体温チェックしています。歯ブラシ、浴衣はロビーから部屋に持っていきましょう。 【部屋】 今回は12畳の和室でしたが、全室長崎湾に面しており、部屋に入ると窓からの景色に感動します。カーテンを開け放っても外からは見えず、夜の景色は更に素晴らしいです！。４人家族には十分の広さ。部屋自体は古さが否めないですが、気になるほどではないです。冷蔵庫は、冷凍庫と冷蔵庫の2段に分かれているのは嬉しい。テーブルは小さいです。布団は既に部屋に置かれており、自分で伸ばしてシーツを掛けるようになっており、好きなタイミングで敷けます。内風呂は小さめですが、大浴場があるのでまず使う人はいないでしょう。トイレは狭いですが、ウォシュレットは装備されています。 【食事】 夕食のバイキングは、会場が広くないためか、以前別の大江戸温泉に泊まった時に比べて品数は少なく感じましたが、それでも十分です。目の前で焼いてくれる佐世保名物レモンステーキは肉が柔らかくて美味しいです。スパゲティもかなり本格的なものでした。長崎らしく、皿うどんなどもありました。ハーゲンダッツが食べ放題でした。 会場からの景色も素晴らしいです。 【風呂】 午後８時で男女入れ替えになります。11階の展望露天風呂は凄い！目の前に遮蔽物がないため、湯船に浸かった状態でも長崎湾が望めるため、本当に気持ちいいです。夜景を見ながらの入浴は幸せです。 ３階の露天風呂は、さすがに湯船に浸かったままでは景色は見えませんが、それでも景色は申し分ないです。 タオルは部屋から持って行きましょう。

隈研吾さんデザインの美しい建物と世界遺産のクレーンを含む長崎港を望む夜景、美味しい食事にホスピタリティと全てが揃うホテル。2023年に拡張されてプールが広くなりサウナやジムが加わって更に快適でした。2023年夏と2024の年始に伺った時の写真をUpしました。 夕食は、寿司懐石「天空」と鉄板焼「竹彩」がお勧めです。長崎の海の幸と壱岐牛を使った新鮮な食材を頂けて価格設定も良心的です。どちらも個室があり、竹彩では目の前が焼き手さんのスペース挟んで窓、天空はカウンターを挟んで窓ですが、どちらの個室も夜景を楽しめます。ただ、いまはホテル業界も人手不足、こちらも焼き手さんが少なくてお席はあってもフルで予約は取っていないそうで予約は取りづらいようです。私は一年前に予約しましたが、ホテル業界としては人手不足の中でも少しでも多くのお客さんを詰めて入れて稼ぎたいと思うところ、お客さんを席でお待たせしたくないという理由で予約を絞っているのはさすがだと思います。 世界新三大夜景の１つとして認定された稲佐山山頂からの夜景ですが、そこまで行かずともホテルのお部屋から十分夜景を楽しめますし、プールやラウンジからの眺めも美しいです。 ラウンジサービスはすべての客室についているようです。ガーデン棟以外はお部屋の冷蔵庫の飲み物もフリーです。ラウンジでは、おつまみやナッツ、ハウステンボスのチョコレートハウスのチョコ、長崎市内の有名菓子店のクッキー、飲み物も長崎の地ビールはもちろん、アルコール類全てフリーです。お部屋へのお持ち帰りは禁止ですが、ラウンジでゆっくり過ごされてる方も多いとお見受けしました。 お正月は、ガーデン棟に初めて泊まりましたが、部屋のレイアウトが使いやすく良かったです。ガーデン棟は、これまでラウンジアクセスが無かったので泊まったことは無かったのですが、オーシャンフロントではないものの、お値段控えめで、プールを挟んで長崎港を望み十分景色も楽しめました。１日目は朝食は追加料金を払ってアップグレードされたおせちをお部屋で頂くことにしました。キャビアやかずのこなど、ホテルの標準のおせちにはついていない食材を味わえました。２日目は普通のおせちにしましたが、普段の朝食はアラカルトで壱岐牛のステーキなども食べられるので、標準のおせちよりは普段の朝食のほうが良いかなと思いました。普段の朝食は洋食と和食から選べ、+ 無料のアラカルトでヨーグルトやサラダ、ステーキなども頼めます。朝食のアルコールも無料。 夏はタワースイートに宿泊したのでルームサービスにしてテラスでいただきました。プールビューと長崎港ビューで最高でした。タワースイートは今回のリニューアルでリノベーションされており内装が新しくなっていてその点もとても良かったです。 長崎駅からのアクセスは車に乗ってしまえばすぐですが、ホテルではあまり過ごさずに分刻みでいろいろ観光したい派の場合はここに泊まるのはもったいないかなと思います。ステイをゆっくり楽しむ方向けかなと思います。 ジムやサウナも新しくて綺麗なのでお勧めです。YouTubeなども搭載のランニングマシーンなどです。　 お部屋とフロントの移動は、チェックインやチェックアウトの際だけでなく、室内からお電話するとカートで迎えに来てくれてカートで移動できます。カートに乗らなくても十分歩けますので、ここにいると食べすぎてしまうので私はなるべく歩いています。 1月1日には龍踊りが観賞でき、会場には美味しいおしるこなども用意されていますがおしるこは数に限りがあるのでお早めにです。　　　　　　　　　 ホームページに載っていたガーデンテラスのお得なクーポン券を購入して今回宿泊しましたが、こちらのクーポン券は不定期で出るようなので、都度ホームページをチェックしてみると良いかなと思いました。 長崎は100年に1度の変革期、駅前も大きく変わっていますが、こうやって港を眺めるホテルはいつの時代もやはり格別なものだと感じました。

チェックインの時間が１７時ですが、いくらでも時間はつぶせる場所にあるので問題なし。中華街新地からスタートでしたが、すぐわかりました。建物と看板で分かりました。観光通りを横断するとすぐ屋根付き商店街。 マクドなど、があります。食事もいろいろできるところ探してみてください。他も散歩コースで感覚で眼鏡橋までいけます。 大浴場があるので、汗かいても、疲れても、さっぱりできます。　まだ新しめのカプセルホテルで、カプセルですが、汚らしくなくお値段の割にはお得感と高級感が味わえて大変良かった。

とてもよいお宿でした。山の上にあるので街に出るのは少し不便ですが、その分、部屋からの眺めがよく、夜景を満喫しました。部屋は広々として、2人で泊まるにはもったいないくらい。お風呂は、少し小さめの展望浴場と、通路でつながっている系列旅館の大浴場の２種類があり、両方とも清潔で気持ちよかったです。連絡通路の途中には、長崎にまつわる豆知識や長崎弁など、プチ情報が張り出されていて、ためになります。朝食は宴会場のテーブル席でいただく純和食。少量ずつですが品数多く、いろいろな味が楽しめました。 とにかくスタッフの方々の気配り、目配りがよくきいています。こちらから頼み事をする前に察して声をかけて下さることが度々ありました。九州在住の方のおすすめ旅館だったのですが、泊まって納得です。
