"This was my second stay. I booked a shuttle bus online, but for some reason, the driver dropped us off at P3, even though we had booked P2, which is closest to our room. He even took all our luggage off the bus before coming back to call us, so we had to drag three suitcases for five minutes – a very poor experience. Next, the check-in counter staff were mostly unable to speak English, requiring a translator throughout. The staff I encountered the first time were much better; they spoke English the entire time. Perhaps there have been staff changes, but with so many foreign tourists at the resort, it's very time-consuming if the staff can't communicate effectively. Check-in alone took 20 minutes… As for the room, the view was great, the amenities were excellent, and the space was spacious! The only downside was the noticeably strong musty smell in the room. Even with the air conditioning on for two consecutive nights, I could still faintly smell it… While breakfast and dinner were included, they were very different. Breakfast was a buffet; the selection wasn't huge, but it had everything you'd expect, so it was acceptable. Dinner was more unique, with a customized menu served course by course, regardless of whether it was Japanese or Western. The Western option was BBQ… This wasn't quite what I expected of a Western meal, so those who don't like that should choose carefully. The facilities were excellent—the spa pool, the rock bath, the comic room, and the massage chairs were all fantastic! 👍👍"

"The hotel staff were extremely rude. Their English was very poor. Perhaps due to the location, it doesn't attract many tourists. However, whether at the counter or in the restaurant, they made no attempt to communicate with customers, not even using translation software. We tried to speak with them, but when they heard we weren't speaking Japanese, their attitude became incredibly rude and impatient. They even mumbled in Japanese in front of us. The room facilities were also quite poor. The only advantage was the night view from the window, but the window was very dirty. There are probably better options nearby in the same location. The picture outside the sauna showed people wearing yukata and towels. However, the cleaning staff seemed eager to finish their shift and rushed to clean. Even though we still had an hour left, they were very aggressive, constantly telling us to leave, saying "no, no" in Japanese and gesturing, which we understood meant they were saying we couldn't wear clothes inside. However, the local Japanese people were the same as us. We also used Japanese translation software to inform our companions that they didn't eat beef. When the food was served, they didn't mention it at all. We ate first and then noticed there was beef, and only then did we confirm, and they were impatient. In short, from meals and check-in to facilities, all the staff at the hotel were terrible."

Hang out during the day. It was great to come back after dark and enjoy the hotel. Speaking of two shortcomings, I can understand that the 215 non-view room arranged for me is a special price room, but outside the window of room 1 is a very large air-conditioning unit, which is very expensive, and the loudness of the sound is comparable to sleeping on an airplane. Severe imaging sleep. 2 kettles are broken. Can't open at all. There was still water left in it, and I didn't dare to drink it. It should have been left by the previous guest, which meant that the waiter didn't clean the kettle at all. 3 left a note to communicate with the hotel staff asking if there were earplugs and help open the kettle. None have been resolved. The above should not be mistakes made by established hotels known for their service. Nothing else"
