Hotel Terbaik di Nagato dengan Spa

　大人5人、高校生以上の子ども3人の家族旅行です。 出迎えはとても丁寧で離れの庭付きのお部屋に泊まりました。頼んでいた部屋ではなかったようですが広くとてもきれいな部屋でした。ただ大浴場や年末はバイキングなので移動する必要があります。温泉♨️は外湯もあり広くアメニティも種類が豊富です。タオルも個々でまとめられ衛生的でした。 　食事はバイキングでしたが小鉢は丁度良い量で温かい品も美味しくいただきました。唯一牛肉が冷めていたことが残念でした。 布団は暖かくぐっすり寝られました♪ 施設内にボーリング場🎳があり､子供達は楽しめたようです♪

房間空間實用，日式早餐和晚餐優秀。 溫泉有多個特色水池，唯獨溫泉水不夠熱。如果溫泉門外有提供售賣凍牛奶的販賣機就更好。

サービスが本当に行き届いており『ここがもう少しこうだったらいいのにな』と思う事が全く無く、非常に満足度の高い滞在でした。 客が望むことは何もかも先回りして対応してある感じで、全てにおいて素晴らしかった。 特に、スタッフの方たちが皆さん常に笑顔で、明るく親切で、素敵な方たちばかりだったのがとても印象的でした。 その笑顔が営業的なものではなく、本当にお客を大切に思って下さっている心からの笑顔だと感じる事が出来、感激でした。きっと皆さま、ご自身のお仕事に誇りを持っておられるのだと思います。 お食事の際に担当して下さった女性スタッフの方はとてもユーモアのある方で、沢山笑わせて下さり、美味しいお食事と共に、最高の時間となりました。 ビュッフェもこれまで数多く食して来ましたが、ここまでハイクオリティなビュッフェは初めてでした。 プールのスタッフの方も本当に親切で、優しい笑顔がとても印象的でした。 帰りは車が見えなくなるまでずっと手を振って下さったのも感激でした。 なかなかのお値段ではありますが、期待以上の満足感を得られる事は間違いないです。 また是非滞在したいです。

Location is excellent for the area, with splendid views of the bay from both the room and outdoor Onsens. I miss waking up to the sound of the quacking ducks, swimming in the sea, in the morning already! But I wonder how one would visit this hotel without driving own car. Service was welcoming and the food served was great. Would love to visit if I’m in the area again. Should renovate and upkeep the onsen areas!

The hotel is in a area that few foreign tourists will visit. Thought that it would be quiet and exclusive. However, there are many Japanese visitors staying in the hotel. But there is no tour groups and wont notice the crowd even the hotel is full or almost full. Went to the onsen at 6:30PM and there were only 2 persons there. The second time to the onsen was 8:30 in the morning, the onsen was surprisingly empty. The small river and the onsen street offer beautiful scenery and relaxing strolling. Room is not huge but good enough for 4 persons. Rate including dinner and breakfast is reasonable. Food and service is good. Staffs friendly and helpful. Should stay there for two nights instead of one
