The hotel was very clean, a good 10 mins walk to the city center, near stations. The price was also very reasonable.

We are very satisfy with the room size we are getting. Although the street is full of noghtclub, it doesn't bother us, as we required a big enough room or us (2 adults and 2 kids) and our luggages.  Getting to the shopping area is within reasonable walking distance.

Generally a ideal hotel for families wt kids. New facilities, sizable room/bed, small kitchen, common washer/dryer at lobby, all very functional. Only drawback is the location 15min walk to Sakae station, hotel located at lots of night joint/clubs surrounding..crowd at night can seems intimidating. But overall they will just mind their own biz... Toilet/sewage has a faulty smell. Overall still very good.

The room was awesome!! Very spacious even for a family of 4. Wifi was fast and has youtube channel which kids gave 3 cheers for that. Front desk service was spectacular. We arrived by car and staff already came out to welcome us. And since we were in a rush to return our car, the staff proactively offer to help sent our luggages to our room (luckily we had done the online check in in advance) and I had to say with this money spent, we got 5 star hotel service. Plus the amenities they provided might even better than some 4,5 stars hotel. Location wise, it situated in a 8-10 mins walk from the subway, with convenient stores and pharmacy nearby. However you might find it not that “safe” downstairs since there’s clubs and pubs around. Apart from that, this hotel worths every penny spent. High recommended.

Pros - Hotel is within walking distance from Sakae Station - Room is clean and spacious. Really appreciate the kid-friendly decor. Kids were really excited by it. Many thoughtful considerations such as having torches, a coffee machine and free amenities when requested at the front desk. - Service was impeccable. Miss Kawano was patient and helpful when helping me and my family settle into the hotel. Cons - Some suspicious-looking males hanging around the area at night. The area has a few host clubs and bars, so it may look dangerous to roam at night. My wife didn't feel safe to go on the streets at night, though I personally did not encounter any issues when I did.

Although it's within walking distance of Sakae Station, I was a little worried about bringing my children because the area is not very safe, so I gave it a 4 for location. The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the rooms had lots of stuffed animals and cute wallpaper and ceilings, so the kids were delighted!

Everyone is friendly, and while the location is a bit tricky, it's a great choice for a group at this price. The interior is particularly clean and highly usable.

We stayed here to visit Ghibli Park and Nagoya. Although it's in the entertainment district, it was very clean and tidy. The room was spacious, with plenty of amenities and facilities, and most importantly, there were plenty of power outlets, so even four friends could stay very comfortably. I'd like to stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay. First of all, the hotel and rooms were kept very clean, which gave us a sense of security. The rooms were spacious, and we were grateful that we could relax comfortably even with children. In addition, the hotel had a wide range of amenities and everything we needed was available, so we didn't have to bring much luggage. They even rent out chairs and cribs, especially for children. It was clear that they had made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay even with small children. Furthermore, the rooms had a cute design, which my children were delighted with. Parents could use it with peace of mind, and I think it's the perfect hotel for a family trip.

The front desk staff was very friendly! There's a daily raffle! The room was spacious and smelled delicious upon entering. There was even a foot massager inside, which was a nice touch! The air conditioner in the room did tend to blow dust around, though, so be mindful!

The hotel is near many nightclubs and other places, making it crowded at night. In the mornings, the streets are littered with garbage and cigarette butts, making them filthy. Especially on Sundays, when there are no cleaners on duty, the trash remains all day and isn't cleared until Monday morning. Although the people who gather at night generally don't bother other guests, because they congregate so close, we hesitate to eat at restaurants near the hotel or get takeout, always having to walk quite a distance to find food or food. We were very satisfied with all the hotel facilities, especially the separate bathroom and toilet. The rooms were generally clean and well-appointed. The beds were large and comfortable, and the air conditioning was adequate. There were also some basic toys and games available for borrow, which was great!
