The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. But our choice of hotel wasn't very logical. We arrived from Nagoya to visit the Toyota Museum for a day and were leaving for Tokyo the next day. Overall, it ended up being a hassle to get to the hotel after the Shinkansen, then back, and then to the museum, which involved transfers. I then chose a traditional-style room for a change, but sleeping on the floor was a bit hard. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Those are my mistakes, not the hotel's.

The facility is clean. It's near the station so it's good for activities.

We stayed with two adults and one child. The rooms were clean and the service was very good. The Japanese breakfast was a little lacking.

I gave it a minus 1 because there were no USB outlets. Other than that, the location was great and it was great.
