There is a lot of dust under the bed. Reasonable price.

Location wise it’s around 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Wouldn’t say far but definitely not near either. Rating I would give is 3.8/5. Not exactly at the most bustling district but there’s this main shopping district - Osu which is within walkable distance! Do head to take a look! Else everything is definitely satisfactory. I love the breakfast buffet (served 6am to 9am) everyday. Selection of proteins is not bad. Free flow eggs… The menu differs slightly everyday. Hot bath from 630am - 4:00pm and at evenings till the midnight. Feels great! (Didn’t take pics due other users’ privacy) It’s empty and there’s no one else whenever I went, so it feels exactly like a private space to relax. Housekeepers are super friendly too. Toiletries are placed at the public areas in front of the receptionist. Do remember to take before you set into the hotel! Makes up good experience in japan. Cheap ….near every thing

Let’s say, it’s an average hotel! Basic rooms, which are clean, so it’s enough if you just need a place to sleep. The breakfast is bad!

Poor advertising by Trip.com. Room does not come with cleaning but wasn't clearly stated at the booking page. Only found out on day 2 when room is not cleaned up. Hotel reception articulated that the room does not come with cleaning. Both hotel and platform are playing the blame game and not taking responsibility. Lodged a complaint to trip.com and was awarded a compensation of 1000 trip coins, which doesn't solve the problem of room still not being clean 🤔 Please fix your communication and service recovery, trip. You can keep the coins for yourself.

This is a typical Japanese hotel. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need. Oh, and the breakfast is delicious.

It's close to downtown and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

I will definitely come back and use the service again.

This is a cost-effective top-class business hotel located in the heart of Sakae. The large bath on the first floor is available until 12 o'clock. The breakfast is not that great. There is a welcome coffee on the first floor, and you can use it for free until midnight. Of course, the staff is friendly.

The hotel near the downtown area is very convenient for shopping, has a very good environment, is quiet, and has excellent front desk service, but the day-use rate is twice the reservation price, which is too expensive.

It's a 5-minute walk from Yabacho Station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and paid parking lots nearby. The facilities are very clean, and the breakfast is delicious!! However, when I pointed out that the coffee machine was out of paper cups, I was told "please wait a moment," and then left in front of the coffee machine for over 10 minutes (probably because they'd forgotten about me). I also left a dirty towel at the entrance to the room, and although it was removed, no new towels were replenished... So instead of 100 points, I'd give it 85 points.

There is a large bathhouse, so it is not bad for relieving travel fatigue, and it is not bad to get to the station, so it is good to have a light breakfast~
