Very convenient location and delicious breakfast. Very clean in the room and very good view. Recommend for traveller taking public transport.

Location is perfect right next to Kanayama train station which is connected to train and subway network. The staff were polite and helpful. Just one issue during our stay: We booked a three-bedroom where a sofa bed was not fully flat. I slept for the first night feeling discomfort at low back. We called the hotel service desk and the lady staff was very helpful to add a layer of blanket underneath the mattress to help. While it’s not perfect but it still felt better for remaining few nights of sleep. Suggest the hotel to review this issue especially for guest staying for a few nights.

Located near KANAYAMA STATION, you can travel to important spots in the city center such as Osu Shotengai Shopping Street, Oasis 21 in a short time. There is a 24-hour fixed-rate parking lot. The reception staff can communicate well in English. The room is spacious. The breakfast room is large. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety.

My experience has been great. This being my second stay in two years. Hotel is very conveniently located. Next to Kanayama train station, plenty of retail store and food outlets. I will definitely return back same hotel when I visit Nagoya again.

I’ve stayed various good hotels but the hotel is no.1 so far! Staffs are very friendly but polite, they offer special arrangements by observing customers, so professional. The room was nice too, clean and spacious. The 2F restaurant for Dinner buffet was impressive too. Would like to try 30F French next time. Definitely we will com back!

The hotel is considered as very good overall. Cleanliness I gave 3 stars only was because some small bed-like particles on the bed. The hotel is offering the guests staying at the high floor to enjoy complimentary happy hour every nights.

Very pleasure stay. Good location, just beside the train station which can go to airport directly and many tourists place, a very short walking distance to hotel with cover, easy to get food surrounding. Slightly aged, but room is clean, bed is comfortable. Nice view from hotel. Will definitely stay again next time.

Stayed here another night for my whole trip. Good rooms, but at 4am on fri 28/11, i heard a drilling sound at level 19 rooms. Kinda weird.

Right outside Jinshan Station, it's about a 5-minute walk. I don't know why such a 'high-end' hotel has such poor soundproofing. The train noise was very noticeable, even on the 10th floor and above, we couldn't escape the constant noise. My friend is a light sleeper and was woken up several times during the night (because it's the Jinshan CBD, there were also street racers revving their motorcycles at night). The service was good, and the facilities were decent. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The main point is that the room rate wasn't cheap at all; for this price in Nagoya city, you could stay somewhere much better. The value for money isn't great!

THe location is good, with parking. THe hotel is a bit old, but the services is so good.

Near to Kanayama Station which is easy to travel to/from Chubu Airport. Facility is clean and neat. Many restaurants nearby and a free shuttle bus stop to AEON Asuta just 2mins walk away.
