The room is clean and comfort. The bathroom is bigger than others hotel. Location of hotel is near the JR train station and subway but it might take times to get to Meitetsu line which is the line you use for access to airport. There are many restaurants nearby and many of them are open late. You can find food even if you came back to hotel late at night. Staffs are very nice and helpful. There’s a Lady’s Lounge on ladies floor which you can have free coffee and tea.

Front Desk Staff were very polite and courteous. They displayed professional manner in handling my check-in and enquiry of local attractions. Room was very tidy with daily cleaning service. My appreciation with their great service and courteous manner. I would stay again in this hotel in my next visit in Japan.

I've been here for few times. the location is good. it's near Nagoya station just crossing the road. The room is clean and fine. Everything's great. I will consider to stay here again next trip.

Room is better than expected, if any chance in future with reasonable price will be back in service once again for sure. Next to nagoya station and public metro subway.

I loved my stay in Hotel Unizo. It’s near the station, the receptionists are very approachable and welcoming. We are non-Japanese speakers and they tried their best to communicate with us. The free amenities are great, lived the bath salt. It’s just sad I stayed only for one night on this trip.

Location of the hotel is good as it can be reached from the train stations by walking for less than 8 minutes. Facilities of the room is standard but the size of the room is quite small.

The hotel is clean and close to the station. There are many restaurants nearby and close to the mall. I like this hotel and would love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya..

Very convenient and nearest place to Nagoya Station. Only the space is small. Overall, it’s good for short stay and couple.

I booked 3 rooms for me and my family. Good location and nice hotel. But our room tables are dusty. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I have very good experience in this hotel , I would like to wear yukata traditional outfit but I don't know how to start i go down at reception to ask how to start to wear it , all the staff was so kind to me help me to wear till i look beautiful and especially 2 staff 1 man 1woman sadly I couldn't remember the name I would like to give them some gift but i with my son only so difficult to buy and choose it , but definitely next time i will always go to stay in this hotel I feel very safe and warm welcome I travel with 1 y 9 m old boy only thank you for everything 😍
