Great breakfast in hotel with made yourself burger , it is the first experience to have it in hotel breakfast.Great place to stay and close to 國際通 10 mins walk , we can go to have late dinner with Beer there safe - no need to drive back hotel 👍🏼

It was very nice hotel. The location, convenience, facility are so good. Also, mr. Tatsuro Nakasone was so kind. Fluent English, kind mind, handsome... Very thankful to him. If I will go to Okinawa again, definately I will stay again. Thanks Okinawa. Hyatt regency. And Tasuro.

・Novotel Okinawa Naha is situated near the Shuri castle, and accessible from/to downtown by using monorail. ・There is convenience store in the reception floor, you can buy the drinks, alcohols and souvenirs at the shop. ・Employees are friendly, a male receptionist is very polite, works diligently for customers and very favorable. ・The cabin was fully renovated on 2018 and kept clean, very comfortable. ・About the breakfast, there are western, eastern and Okinawan foods, you can enjoy the various cuisines in your mood, especially I prefer the Chanpurū(local stir fry dish).

Hotel ini sangat bagus dan saya sangat menyukainya. Ia sangat mudah untuk masuk dan keluar di tengah-tengah gunung, dan ia sangat mudah untuk memandu di mana-mana. Saya memilih 2 hotel dengan kolam renang untuk percutian ini, dan kolam renang juga pemandangan yang sangat cantik. Kolam renang Hilton berada di luar rumah, dikelilingi oleh rumput dan pokok kelapa, tumbuhan hijau sangat cantik, dan kerusi santai sangat selesa! Sangat hebat. Kakitangan meja depan sangat ramah, sarapan pagi sangat kaya dan lazat, dan yang paling penting ialah harganya sangat baik! Yang lain ialah South Beach Resort Hotel, yang sangat jauh dan lebih mahal daripada Hilton. Bilik itu juga berasa lebih kecil daripada Hilton. Permaidani juga sangat keras, tidak lembut langsung. Katil lebih keras seperti lantai, dan kolam renang tidak dibenarkan masuk ke kolam renang. Apabila saya tiba di hotel, saya mendapati bahawa pemandangan kolam renang terlalu biasa, jauh lebih teruk daripada Hilton, tetapi sedikit lebih besar. Yang penting ialah apabila anda membuat daftar masuk, ia tidak digesa bahawa anda tidak boleh pergi ke kolam renang jika anda mempunyai tatu, terutamanya untuk warga asing. Saya fikir ia harus diingatkan kepada rakyat negara saya, kerana peraturan ini adalah diskriminasi, kerana banyak hotel di Jepun tidak mempunyai pepatah sedemikian. Memang benar terdapat tatu di mata air panas. Saya telah tinggal di banyak hotel Jepun, termasuk juga pergi ke Saya telah melawat kolam renang di Jepun. Hotel Pantai Selatan ini istimewa dan perkhidmatan meja penyambut tetamu juga sangat lemah. Selepas mengadu kepada Ctrip, sikap saya berubah 180 darjah. Pengalaman itu sangat teruk! Jadi Hilton masih sangat baik, lagipun, jenama itu ada di sini, ia tidak akan terlalu buruk. Nikmati perkhidmatan lanjutan pada harga yang lebih rendah. Nilai yang hebat!

机の奥行きがあり、横幅もかなり広く、仕事が捗りました。（椅子は、長時間労働用ではなかったですが) プリントアウトのサービスもありました。（１枚10円) なにより素晴らしいのは、ネット環境！　昼間の速度は下りこそ　8〜9Mbpsと普通のビジネスホテル並でしたが、上りが49〜60Mbpsと爆速でした。オンライン授業や授業動画のアップロードが、安定して行えます。疲れたら、大浴場へ部屋着のまま向かえますし、最新式のコインランドリーは洗剤投入、洗濯から乾燥まで全自動で、便利です。（以前、売店だった部分がランドリーと自販機コーナーになりました） 荷物を送るときに、フロントから台車を借りられたのもありがたかったです。 一度は利用してみたかったダイニングバーが、アルコール禁止の休憩スペースに変わってしまっていたのは残念でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。 此方の細かいリクエストに丁寧に応えてくださったスタッフの方々に感謝です。 また利用させていただきます

Location is really good, just outside the monorail station. No complimentary water bottle. If you are staying in new building, room is spacious, but you need to change the elevator twice from third floor to go down. Perfect for a one night stay.

We stayed her for six nights during Golden Week in Japan. One of our main reasons for choosing the hotel were: It's location - it's located at the end of Kokusaidori and the main tourist area in Naha It's amenities - lots of child friendly points such as five free nappies per day, free rental toys, large area in the reception with free sweets and soft drinks. Due to COVID measures, there was no daily room service so we had to change rooms after three days. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The pool was nice and the staff were helpful. There are a couple of points that I think could be improved The rooms were a little worn, and could be a little freshened up. In addition there were some two coin laundry machines, but as we went during Golden Week there were constantly in use. Often, other customers would just leave their laundry in the machine for quite a long time (I waited for 30 minutes once, my wife waited for over 40 minutes). It would be great if there would be some sign or staff to advise customers to be more curtious to other customers. I noticed that there is a notice that there was another coin laundry around 5 minutes away from the hotel, but this isn't the most convenient thing to do at 23.00 in the evening. Anyway, it was a nice experience to stay here, and thanks to the Hotel Ocean staff for their hospitality.

Thanks to the friendly service attitude of the staff, the breakfast was very rich, ramen was provided for late night snacks, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel had paid parking spaces. Especially, a female staff member at the front desk picked up my sister’s wallet that was left in the restaurant and took the initiative to find out if it was That tenant was missing, this enthusiasm moved us, our family is very satisfied with this hot spring hotel, thank you🙏

チェックインは着席して手続きをしたが、大変丁寧な対応でファースト印象は良好。 ツインルームの部屋は広く、冷蔵庫も冷え、期待していなかった冷凍庫もしっかり機能していた。氷ももらうことができるのは暑い地域には嬉しいサービス。部屋の空調は個別管理のため、冷房／暖房の切り替えはもちろん好きな温度に設定ができ、快適に過ごせた。国際通りに面しているホテルなので、外の音がうるかいかと覚悟していたが、ほとんど騒音は聞こえて来ず、安眠できた。 朝食はブッフェスタイル。ゴーヤちゃんぷるなどの沖縄らしい食材を使った炒め物がおいしかった。ポーク玉子も朝は食したくなるので嬉しかった。パン、ご飯、フルーツ、ヨーグルト等、一通りそろっている。豆から挽いたコーヒーがあれば、なおよし。 チェックアウト後も大きな荷物を預かってもらえ、大助かり。受け取りに行った際も「ありがとうございました」と幾人かのスタッフに利用のお礼の声をかけていただき、最後まで温かい気持ちで過ごせた。スタッフの印象は部屋の印象より残る。素敵なスタッフがいるホテルだとつくづく思う。気持ちのいいホテルを選択でき、滞在できたことは良い思い出の一つになった。

雨降りでも牧志駅から濡れずにすぐ着けるので、 那覇に行く時は必ず利用させていただいています。 立体駐車場にも直接行けて、 1階にはタイムズレンタカーもあります。 1階にはファミマがあり、 横断歩道を渡ればセブンもあります。 残念ながら目の前のローソンは3月いっぱいで 閉店らしいですが。 遅い時間まで営業している飲食店が周りにたくさんあり、 遅い時間の便で着いた時にも難民にならずに済みます。 ホテルは安心のロイネットクォリティ。 人生で一番宿泊しているホテルです。 次もその次もよろしくお願いします。

good: 1. very beautiful design with sanrion characters everywhere 2. free drinks from 4pm at the reception 3. the hotel is new and clean 4. nice staff 5. free kimono for kids to borrow at lobby bad 1. the room is really too small 2. stupid interior design with the sink outside toilet that is very inconvenient 3. the smart toilet is not very smart, the lid is very sensitive and always open and i dont know how to switch this function off 4. no table no chairs, very inconvenient In conclusion, it is worth staying for a short trip if you are a sanrio fan.

駅から近いのですが最高の立地条件です。古いけど清潔感のあるホテルです。中庭式になっていてかこむタイプなのでエレベーター降りたら開放感もあり、普通ホテルのように閉塞感はありません。ロビーもずっと常駐してるし、コンビニ3社もすぐ近くです。

You’ve done it again Mr K! Every time I stay in one of your self contained suites it feels like a slice of home. Rooms are roomy and cheap, well located and if you can’t find the place don’t worry another Mr. Kinjo will magically pop up before your eyes. Seriously their hotels are like the heads of Hydras.
