Generally this hotel is heaven in the CBD. Food 100% Environment 100% Staff 150% This lady called cathricee is very polite helpful and a definition of professionalism. The chef does an exemplary worksh and should be given a raise. Rooms are just too cool

Staff are very friendly and active,meals are good and are served on time.in case of any complaints, response is usually very fast. Hotel is very clean however, few wash rooms are provided on some floors in case of meeting workshops that are hosting many people

I was at the hotel while using crutches. I would highly recommend it for the great support I received from all the staff. Specifically Ms. Catherice who was the stewardess on 4th floor. She ensured my meals were served to my room during the training. Kudos Catherice!

During our training event, we enjoyed great service. Catherice who was serving our floor was courteous, available and prompt in her service delivery. The meals were enjoyable, fresh and we'll done. Technical support was available and prompt when needed before and during the event.
