Great hotel with fantastic ambience. Perfect for business discussions and family holiday. The staff was extremely helpful, and the crowd was the best sort too. Will definitely book again for business and family stays.

We spent one night in Palacina but I wish I could do much more! Facility is incredibly well maintained and elegant. Amazing food, staff just brilliant. It was a top experience for me and my wife! We definitely suggest the location to everyone in Nairobi.

We really enjoy our stay! The room was perfect with all the possibles comodities. The enviroment is magic. Very peaceful place. We didn’t expect to listen the sound of the birds in a city The breakfast has a lot of variety and everything very taste. The staff is very nice and helpful. Andrea makes our stay very easy with all her recommadations. She make sure we have all we need to enjoy our experience!

We had the pleasure of staying at Palacina for 2 nights during our Kenya trip. It is a delightful property with fantastically appointed rooms (ours were really like apartments, fully outfitted) and lovely, lush grounds. The staff was kind and clearly takes hospitality seriously. No request was too small or large. Every meal we had was well prepared and delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we return to Nairobi.

We stayed at Palacina Resort for 2 nights. We had an unforgettable wonderful experience. The hotel is a facility in a beautiful African style, I felt like an African queen there. The equipment is elegant and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious. The bed is a dream. Breakfast is varied and they make a fabulous egg omelette there. There is also a lot of good fruit on the breakfast table. We had lunch twice in this hotel and also invited friends from Nairobi for lunch. The lunch was perfect and the staff prepared a beautiful chair in the garden for us. The entire staff took care of us, we felt special as part of the family. We want to stay at this hotel when we come back to Nairobi. Thank you all for a wonderful experience Marketa

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and service-minded, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even provided us with a room to relax in before our late-night flight, which made a huge difference. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and attention to detail!

We recently stayed at the Palacina during our stay in Nairobi prior to going on safari. We travelled with grandparents, parents and two children 8 and 11. This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our entire family. The staff made you feel like you were home and constantly made sure we had anything we could have asked for. The indoor pool, the largest in Nairobi, was super cool and our kids loved it. There was also an outdoor pool that was beautiful, but the weather during August is a bit too cold for outdoor pools. Having the indoor pool was more than enough. The restaurant was also perfect. We had free breakfast every morning that had so many selections for both the kids and adults. Plenty of cereal, pastries, fruit, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, made to order eggs or omelets and more. We also ate dinner one night and the food was so delicious. The rooms were the best. We stayed in the family suite and it felt like we were in a home. So much space and the beds were so comfortable. Our kids didn’t want to leave because they said they slept so good. I would highly recommend and we are excited to return to our new Nairobi home on our next stay.

Really recommend this hotel. A great area, really safe, close to president state house so as I said, one of the bests in Nairobi. Garden and ground floor restaurant looks amazing! So clean and good mentioned. Staff is great, so welcoming, always smiling and willing to help every single time. Actually going out about their attributes just to be helpful. Huge rooms, nice balcony and well decorated, simply loved it. What would recommend though, for breakfast which was good, might be nice consider to consider changing it every other day. After 3 days of beans, eggs, bacon, sausages felt like some alternative would be so much welcomed. Another point is internet in the rooms, had some meetings late evenings in the hotel and internet every other 10-15 min dropped for 1-2 minutes on phone, mobiles, etc. Might be worth looking into this. Overall a fantastic experience, great hotel, would definitely recommend it and can't wait to be back.
