Amazing experience... everything was excellent 👌. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, the bathroom was also a highlight..the lotion, shower gel and conditioner are of great quality, the area was quiet. The customer service was also very good... enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Modern, clean and comfortable in a safe and secure neighbourhood. Great value for money. The hotel was even better than the images. I would have rated them 5 stars but communication via email was not good. Regardless, they redeemed themselves and I would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel in a serene environment. I love this place. You should check their restaurant, it is top notch with very nice staff. The cleaners are definitely doing a beautiful job. Securities are always available around the facility. Lovely place.

The bed was amazing! The highlight of the stay. The area it was in was also very nice. I enjoyed my stay I just think that they should have water coolers/dispensers on each floor instead of just giving 2 small bottles of water per day. Otherwise the food and service was great!

My boyfriend and i had an amazing weekend at Ulwazi place. The room was cozy and well decorated, perfect for a romantic escape. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The services were among the best not to mention the calm atmosphere and amazing view from our room. We will definitely be back for another getaway!

The location is very serene. If you are looking for a place to wind down in a very peaceful environment, then this is the place. Its in the outskirts of Nairobi, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. I did not try a wide range of food to have a good opinion as I was there for one night only, but the breakfast spread was good.

The location is excellent for a weekend hideaway with rooms that are modern and clean. The staff are wonderful, ever smiling and really helpful from reception to the restaurant. Breakfast though was passable with limited hot items but still fresh food . We'll be back again soon.

Overall, Ulwazi Place is a nice place. The beds are comfortable, pillows are nice, the shower is lovely. I appreciated the African designs and elements. However, there quite a few challenges that made my stay less than desirable. I stayed from May 17 to July 2024. There was A LOT of confusion with my reservation, which was paid by a fellowship. Ulwazi is a bit of a challenge for longer-term stays. The kitchen had limited equipment for cooking. I did appreciate that they brought a full-sized fridge so I could cook on my own and not rely on the restaurant. The internet was very unstable and for a period of time was not working completely. This required that I spend extra money for data despite already paying $1,250 for the monthly rate. I was also not told that I had breakfast included for a period of my stay, so I never ate breakfast, which was paid for. Then on my last day, I was told that I would have to pay for an extra night despite the fellowship booking the room for a full month, which would include 30 nights stay (as it is a monthly rate). The TV connections did not work either, it was fixed, but then it malfunctioned again. Everything here comes at a cost, even asking for some small printing support was charged. For longer term stays there are many more cheaper and better equipped apartments in Nairobi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ulwazi Place by Trianum, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. The property's location is another significant advantage.
