Hotel is new and clean Room is big and you find everting int he room

Great hotel, with fantastic service, fabulous location. This hotel had everything one could ask for, and staying here was a pleasure.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever. I could go on and on who it how great it is. The room came with a huge sitting area and had the skyline of Nairobi at night. It had a washing machine , iron, two TVs (one in room and one in lounge room), a full kitchen with dish washer , microwave , coffee maker, stove , oven , refrigerator, cutlery, bar table counter and chairs. The room had the most comfortable bed ever. I slept like a baby. The hotel also had a heater outdoor pool unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it as it was a work trip and I was busy. The restaurant had the most delicious buffets and the staff are great. Customer service was excellent.

沒有任何問題，治安，周邊環境。房間特別大，應該全都是套房類型，價格合適，來內羅畢絕對推薦。

很滿意的入住體驗，中間出了點小問題，攜程也給很好的處理了。 酒店的每個細節都處理的非常好，適合居家旅行，商務出行，總之非常的滿意。

Bed was extremely comfortable, as was the furniture in the living room area. Washer/dryer was a help, once I got the hang of the control panel. (Housekeeping sent a lovely person, Morris, to help!) Best of all was the in-hotel restaurant, Restaurant La Mascotte. The food was outstanding, the view out the back windows was so peaceful, and the servers on the morning shift were so friendly and helpful with regards to the selection of food. I want to compliment Maggie and Jowariah, as their presence when we ate meals in the restaurant just brightened our day!

We stayed two nights here when we first arrived in Nairobi at the start of our safari trip. We arrived late night and checkin was a breeze. Initially the big security gates and metal detectors were a little daunting, but in the end I felt very safe. The lobby and common areas are comfortable, immaculately clean and look brand new. The front desk staff were very efficient and had us on our way in no time. This was much appreciated after a very long flight from Canada. The rooms are all suites with separated living and bedroom areas as well as a full kitchen. Only being there for a couple of nights, we were not able to take advantage of the kitchen facilities. But, it did enable us to boil and refrigerate water for drinking. Everything about the room was clean and comfortable. It’s was such a relief after a long flight and the next day after the hustle and bustle of a city tour. The showers have good water pressure and rain down shower heads. The bedding was crisp and ironed. They even provided bathrobes and slippers. The room also featured a washer dryer along with complimentary washing powder. The only hiccup was that if you leave and take your key with you (and out of the slot in the wall) the power cuts out so there is no option to let your laundry run while you go out. We also really enjoyed breakfast and dinner here. The restaurant features contemporary decor and lots of morning light. That and the excellent coffee were a blessing for our jet lagged selves. Breakfast is buffet style with hot and cold options along with eggs made to order. Dinner was bistro fare with great table service. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in Nairobi.

Had come from a long trip, Leah planned and arranged for everything as requested, Upon check in night front desk lady sorry forgot her name quick check, our cocktails that evening and whiskey still on my memory,thanks Jeff at the bar took good care of us...room was supper cool and neat,you don't need to make any calls/requests everything is available as for the room amenities... Efficiency of the front desk team to assist was just great on my check out day...we are definitely coming back to this place.Asante sana from us Wilson and Jemma Regards Wilson and Jemma
