Great location, great customer service and easy check in. Had a nice lunch at Black Gold and buffet breakfast in the morning. I missed the fruit platter as a welcome gift pre covid. Hopefully, they will bring it back.

Mercure was a lovely stay and we highly recommend. My husband and I came from a long safari and this modern hotel provided us with a comfortable, clean, and relaxing oasis for the night. We ate at the restaurant on-site a few times and it was all so tasty. The breakfast buffet was delectable - you can also order eggs and pancakes fresh. The lunch was also wonderful. The hotel staff were all so friendly and hospitable - special shoutout to Gloria and Samuel! Wish we could stay longer, but we’ll be back!

Great service from front desk. They were accommodating to early check-in and slightly late check-out depending on vacancies. Didn't check out the facilities. Breakfast wise was alright. not much varieties though. Anyway we are there to stay in the room. Room is perfectly sized and cozy for us to rest in. Highly recommend to all if you are looking for a hotel in CBD area.

I stayed at Lotos for three nights, on two separate occasions, while travelling between Kenya and Tanzania. The rooms are large, very clean, and well-equipped. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is great. This is as good a place as any to get some reprieve from the constant hustle and bustle of Nairobi.

I was at the Trademark hotel on first half of Sep 2023. I would like to pay credits to all the staff that keeps me coming back all the time :-) Sarah, Jacklyn, Jennifer and Esther welcomed me so kindly and make me laugh (they know why :-) Stanley and Peninah took care of my room so gently (Stanley knows I like herbal tea). At the Harvest, the entire crew was amazing incl at the kitchen. Just naming a few Paul, Mercy, Stella! At the reception, Paul (I know for years), Timothy & Alex always there with so much kindness. We were a family of 5, The place is extremely clean and fresh air flowing,The receptionist were so polite and made sure we had everything we needed it’s unfortunate I don’t remember her name,However we enjoyed our stay,The meal was upto perfection the stuff were so polite in general, I would definitely recommend cloud Hotel and Suites at anytime and would definitely go back there again👌🏼 Ps:It’s located in Westlands Nairobi.

Ideal location for travellers leaving Nairobi by Air or Rail. It is located on Mombasa road just past the airport junction and is outside of the Airport campus with a free half hourly shuttle to the airport. Rooms are large and clean with all the essentials. Staff are very friendly and helpful, everything you would expect from a business traveller hotel.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton Nairobi. Booked a one night stay here at short notice due to my flight home being cancelled. Hotel arranged the airport taxi which took a lot of hassle out of the situation. Excellent service from all the staff here. Very understanding of our situation and in recognition of my hilton honors diamond membership granted a late checkout which took the stress out of the situation of having a cancelled flight with the rearranged one not until almost midnight the next day. Breakfast was very good, really good quality with a variety of hot and cold options available. Room was spacious and clean with both a bath and shower. My Diamond status granted access to the executive lounge which provides hot/cold soft drinks throughout the day along with hot snacks and alcoholic drinks for a period during the early evening. Hotel is in a central location to explore the city. Also has an outside pool which was nice, gym facilities and a cafe/restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and compliments to the very high level of service received from the staff. A five star rating and the hotel is highly recommended.

The attending staff was so courteous at kilimambogo, she was responsive to our needs during the conference stay. Timely serving of food, and well arranged conference room. Her services were overboard I therefore recommend for her motivation as the management may wish or see best.

Oh dear! After being collected at Nairobi we were taken to the Hotel which is down the sort of streets you would not normally dare go in the dark! Thankfully the hotel is gated and guarded. Reception was pleasant with a welcome juice offered. We were directed to our rooms on the 4th floor...worryingly there were no fire exit instructions anywhere on that floor. Anyway our rooms were nice and clean, a double and a triple. Then it was ruined when we ordered supper in the rooftop ”restaurant” I ordered a simple toasted vegetable Sandwich. Well it arrived and the filling was hot Lettuce hot cucumber and tomatoes.. inedible! My friend ordered the vegetable soup which arrived see through with stripe of cucumber floating in it accompanied with 2 hard dry slices of toast. Another 2 meals were tough and inedible so we went to bed fed up and hungry. Oh and don't visit in a wheelchair because they've build the ramp in front of a window! Totally inaccessible.
