My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. The Foundation of Comfort: Top-Notch Cleanliness I want to start with something that truly stood out: the cleanliness. The hygiene and tidiness across the entire property were absolutely top-notch. Our room was immaculate spotless, fresh, and welcoming making it instantly feel like a safe and relaxing sanctuary. This level of attention to detail and care is the foundation of a great stay, and the housekeeping team deserves massive credit. The Taste of Excellence: let’s talk about the food. It wasn't just good; it was genuinely amazing. Every single meal was a memorable experience. The culinary team clearly operates with passion and expertise. From the beautifully prepared breakfast spread to the delicious evening dining, the quality, flavor, and creativity of the dishes were outstanding. 算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

The accomodation is absolutely top range and comfortable and the place has so much to offer. Unfortunately, it appears to be running on auto pilot or poor management. These are the things which really annoyed me: 1. Arriving at night, the signage is not well lit and we struggled to establish whether we had arrived at the right place, especially the security personnel at the gate were not being very helpful. They have never been given any training to help them understand that they are the first point of contact between guests and the residency. 2. We arrived on a ”Jazz Night” but, although I am a jazz lover, it should not be foreced upon everyone. The layout of the dining area is very poorly thought out. There was no maitre d'hotel or someone to direct us as to where we should go if we wanted to eat and not listen to music. Eventually we found someone to help us walk past the music area and squeeze past the tight space to go past th bar to the dining area. The whole layout is kind of back to front. The dining area should be more easily accessible and there needs to be a way to separate the main dining area without getting rid of the dining tables in the music area. 3. The dining area is exposed at the back and there was a strong could draught that night, because the rear part of the dining area is exposed to the elements.

We recently stayed at Swiss Lenana for two days as a family, and our experience was a mix of high-quality service and a few disappointing misses. The Highlights: Arrival & Security: From the moment we arrived, the security check was quick and professional. Front Desk: The receptionist was welcoming, resourceful, and truly professional a great first impression. Our luggage was promptly delivered to our rooms. Housekeeping: The housekeeping services were excellent; the rooms were kept in pristine condition throughout our stay. Technical Support: We had some issues with our TV late at night, and the IT team was wonderful. They came in late to fix it just to make sure our son was happy, which we truly appreciated. Amenities: The swimming pool and gym facilities were amazing and well-maintained. Areas for Improvement: Dining Service: This was our biggest disappointment. While the food is 'signature' quality, the front-of-house staff needs to upgrade their skills. Once the food is served, no one keeps an eye on the guests. This lack of attention resulted in the four of us missing breakfast on our final day. No one seemed to care about our value for money at that point, which was a frustrating end to the trip. Technology: The administration should look into upgrading the TVs to modern digital standards. In this day and age, we cannot run away from embracing technology, and the current systems feel a bit dated. Final Verdict: The individual team members (Housekeeping, IT, and Reception) are doing a great job, but the management needs to ensure the dining service matches that same level of care. We enjoyed our stay, but the final morning left us feeling overlooked.

Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands is a modern, stylish hotel in a great location. It has spacious rooms with city views, great food, a rooftop pool, and a gym. Perfect for both business and leisure stays.

What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

Everything was good. We spent there one night, the staff was friendly and helpful and they even gave me a complimentary birthday cake and a song in the morning - this was very unexpected and very sweet!
