Great location, great customer service and easy check in. Had a nice lunch at Black Gold and buffet breakfast in the morning. I missed the fruit platter as a welcome gift pre covid. Hopefully, they will bring it back.

The world-class hospitality that began with a very warm welcome by Executive Chef Andreas will forever remain a permanent imprint in our Kempisky momentous brunch at Lucca. The team effort and constant attention from chefs Rachel, Janet and Brenda made our afternoon even more adorable. Chef Colvin, Kadima and Mercy at the Juice Station, Anne Lydia personally ensured that we enjoyed every moment of our stay at Kempisky. The booking Manager Grace Wanyonyi alongside Nancy N take the credit for their great hospitality. We will always look forward to another visit anytime we want a treat. Keep up the good work.

Great service from front desk. They were accommodating to early check-in and slightly late check-out depending on vacancies. Didn't check out the facilities. Breakfast wise was alright. not much varieties though. Anyway we are there to stay in the room. Room is perfectly sized and cozy for us to rest in. Highly recommend to all if you are looking for a hotel in CBD area.

The Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport was impeccable. The free airport shuttle was waiting for me the moment I arrived. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room was beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was at the Trademark hotel on first half of Sep 2023. I would like to pay credits to all the staff that keeps me coming back all the time :-) Sarah, Jacklyn, Jennifer and Esther welcomed me so kindly and make me laugh (they know why :-) Stanley and Peninah took care of my room so gently (Stanley knows I like herbal tea). At the Harvest, the entire crew was amazing incl at the kitchen. Just naming a few Paul, Mercy, Stella! At the reception, Paul (I know for years), Timothy & Alex always there with so much kindness. I had such a great experience at Mövenpick Nairobi, we were severed by Joram. Hw had great customer services and recommended a great choice of wine. The food was also really good. We were at the view restaurant and from the coming in at the reception to having us sit at the table was amazing. Would highly recommend.

We were a family of 5, The place is extremely clean and fresh air flowing,The receptionist were so polite and made sure we had everything we needed it’s unfortunate I don’t remember her name,However we enjoyed our stay,The meal was upto perfection the stuff were so polite in general, I would definitely recommend cloud Hotel and Suites at anytime and would definitely go back there again👌🏼 Ps:It’s located in Westlands Nairobi.

Ideal location for travellers leaving Nairobi by Air or Rail. Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.
