"Overall, the stay was almost good, but I encountered several issues. I found a false eyelash on the bed, the bathroom door was broken, and there was a strong sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. The room also suffered from very poor soundproofing, making it feel like I was sharing a room with my neighbors. A 500 deposit was required. There was a TV (which I didn't use), and the Wi-Fi worked well. My room was on the 5th floor. The location is a definite plus: it's easy to find food, close to a shopping mall, and very convenient for public transport with bus stops and a train station nearby."

"Location is within the city center. You can take the minibus, a public transport from airport direct to the road near the hotel. Hotel is nice and clean. Towels and toiletries are provided along with two bottles of water. There are hot and cold water stations in each floor. AC is working perfectly fine. Plenty of parking lot if you rent or own a car. The reception and staffs are nice and helpful. There are small groceries and restaurant around the hotel. The area is a walking distance from the main road; so it’s quite quiet. I’ve been here several times and enjoy staying here."

"Hotel was good for the price paid. Location was quite out of the way which would be inconvenient for those without a car. Parking was generally quite easy as the hotel has a big carpark. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower did not have any screen so the bathroom will get wet and slippery after showering. It would have helped if hotel provided a squidgy. Overall, was an ok stay based on the price paid"

"I had a fantastic stay at Thai Hotel. It is well-located in centre of Nakhon Si Thammarat. Shops, restaurants and other facilities are only a short walk away. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I was impressed what was offered given the price. The hotel common areas and room/bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was large and I slept well on both nights. Even I stayed in a fan room, I found it adequately cool. The bathroom had everything needed for a short stay. Overall, I would highly recommend if you want a budget hotel close to city centre and I would stay again."

"The hotel is comfortable and quiet. The room we booked was a family room. The room was big. The only pity is that on the day there was no buffet breakfast, there were 5-6 menus to choose from. When we stayed this time, the breakfast was 6 menus to choose from. It was quite a lot. But overall, it was okay. We always stay here when we return to Thailand."

"This is a fairly new hotel which is well designed and appointed. The rooms are nice and large, the decor is modern and tasteful.  The staff are very polite and efficient.  The food and bar is good however limited choice for foreigners if you like western cuisine.  Other than that it’s definitely the best place to stay in NST!"

"Accommodation in the heart of Nakhon Si Thammarat. Traveling to the hotel is not difficult. The hotel has 2 buildings with the same name, but this hotel is located in the back building on the side. The rooms are convenient and have complete amenities."
