dissapointing overall - particularly the condition of the rooms, one towel for 2 people. come on guys- no teaspoon for the coffee. The rooms are small and not in good shape. Look very tired and in need of a serious makeover. The parking area is extremely tight and a struggle to get out in the morning

When i arrived at my room, it smelled like smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room, Air conditioning, non-existent, no shower, only a bath. I decided not to stay even though I already paid. i then left and drove to Springbok and stay over there instead.

Your rates have gone up considerably. To little curtains to darken the room enough. The shower head was blocked almost 50%. The water pressure was poor in the evening, but much better in the morning. I missed the coffee percolator in the dining room.

The first room number 24 was shocking and not even close to value for money, I was moved after paying the extra for another room. Room 20 was nice but so dirty stain MARKS on linen and curtains. Then heard a staff member tell someone I complained, and I should of paid the money if I wanted luxury.

The restaurant is even worst than BAD.... Tuesday night....less than a third of food available on menu to choose from.... AND this is not the first time we encounter this at the restaurant!!!! For the price to stay there and to experience this ???@#$%^&*

Hotel is fine, staff very friendly. Food is atrocious, no fresh vegetables are available, French fries are soft and pliable, typical deep freeze food. Meat fried too cold in too much oil, so always dripping from fat. Cool compensates for the lack of cooking skills, by trying to kill you with his extreme salty dishes. Breakfast only sweet yoghurt and sweet fruit available besides the eggs, which I didn’t try. Next time I’ll bring my own food!!

The experience between the hotel and the restaurant attached are chalk and cheese but they do fall under the same group unfortunately. The Inn was ran incredibly well and soomthly with great service if you need anything. The rooms are well kept with state of the art kry systems and its very safe. The resturant however is poor. The service is terrible and very very slow. The stalf genuinely need training. Most amenities like glasses etc are forgotten about. Stalf are nice but ill equipped

Room was spacious, and well equipped in the kitchenette. We had to ask for another towel, as only one was in the room. The outside area did not have chairs, and the braai had not been cleaned from ashes. The shower had lovely pressure, but it did not drain very well. The bathroom and shower could do with better cleaning. The staff and check-in were efficient and friendly.
