The front desk service is very good. The overseas Chinese hotel where I have been on business in the past two weeks. The front desk reminded the hotel that the decoration will be noisy in the morning. The rooms are clean and tidy. Very cost-effective hotel. The only thing I don't understand is that the total control switch of the room is turned off. The whole room is like a power outage, and no matter how it is turned on, the lights are not turned on. I stayed twice in a row, because I had to rest late and didn't call room service to check. The next day I got up and the light was working again.

The front desk clerk asked me if I wanted to check out? I said I booked for 25-26. The front desk staff was extremely arrogant and said that I came early and had to check out on the 25th. I asked why she didn't tell me when I checked in. The front desk clerk said I didn't ask, so why did she say so much! First of all, it was a mistake at the front desk. Secondly, the attitude of the front desk was not to solve the problem. After the staff made a mistake at work, should the guests pay for it? I have never seen a service worker with such an attitude. Will you all stay here with me? ! ! The landlady is really nice. I booked two double-bed rooms, and the landlady upgraded me to a twin room for free. She was really enthusiastic! ! ! At almost 12 o'clock in the evening, I went downstairs to look for water. There happened to be a little brother who was still awake and asked us what happened. Then he gave me two bottles of water. I really cried to death. When we were leaving the next day, the landlady took us to the station on an electric scooter. There were six of us, and she made three or four trips. Who knows about the family? It was really great! ! ! Later, when the landlady was cleaning up the room, she discovered that we had left a power bank behind, so she called me and asked her to send her the address so that she could send it to us. She even bothered her to make an extra trip, which was really embarrassing. Finally, I would like to say that the environment of this B&B is really good. It has no smell and is very clean. It made me experience the feeling of living in a big villa. The price is also very suitable. I usually don’t like to comment on my accommodation, but this one is really worth it. ! ! Owner very kindly came to pick up my elderly mum from the station with her electric scooter. They are nice and friendly, willing to recommend places to eat and things to do in the area. We were served tea and fruits upon arrival. Rooms were very spacious, WiFi works well. Keyless entry to rooms, only need a pin number. The only issue is the mattresses were too firm/hard for our liking. They also offer transport services for a fee to other attractions. There is a lift so no need to lug luggage up the stairs. Location wise, it's in a cute village with a pretty temple nearby.
