For a student who has to get up at 7 o'clock to take an exam, and the KTV downstairs sings until 4 o'clock, and you didn't sleep all night, would you still stay here? I'm really speechless. Feedback to the front desk is useless, but it's very loud! At 10 o'clock, I thought it was still early and I couldn't give feedback so early! At 12 o'clock, I called the first front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. At 1 or 2 o'clock, the front desk said they would talk to the manager for me. It was quiet for a minute, and then it was immediately turned up to the maximum volume... I fell asleep at nearly 5 o'clock... There were mosquitoes in the room!

The 5th floor is the KTV. If you stay on the 6th floor after 12 o'clock in the evening, you can hear the lyrics clearly. It is a surround-view stereo type. If you don't mind, you can stay here.
I made 4 phone calls and told them how to deal with it many times. After urging, I finally changed the room to the 7th floor. After struggling until 1 o'clock, the singing was indeed not so loud, but the chain in the room was broken.
