Hampton by Hilton Nanchang Stay Review Overview: I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city. The Good: 1. Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets. 2. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

It’s walking distance to the central train station. Some restaurants are nearby. The room size is good. But the decorations are a little bit old. The in room facilities are good with two bottles of water. My room has some smells of cigarettes although it says ‘No smoke’. The breakfast was nice with plenty of food and drinks.

Stayed here in end Oct. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Chagee, Luckin Coffee and KFC are all just downstairs along the same stretch, with a small shopping mall beside the hotel. Wide variety at breakfast. Reception not friendly though. Overall excellent value for the price

Good support and communication at reception for non-Chinese speaker. Clean room and clean restaurant for breakfast. Reception of cellphones in bathroom is not good and I need to be close to the window to have stable connection during video talk. I will come back.

第一次入住漫心酒店，算是一次意外的發現。酒店裝修非常温馨，而且特別乾淨整潔，房間的空間也非常寬敞； 房間內的日用品配備也不錯。這酒店的軟服務還是非常好的，靈活，貼心；小姐姐和小哥哥都非常熱心，及時回覆、解決客人的問題和需求，讓人舒心、安心。酒店的地理位置也很好距離滕王閣僅700米，贛江僅一步之遙，逛街、出遊、尋個美食非常方便。 唯一遺憾的是停車場進入有點困難，但好在有保安大哥的熱情帶路，也變得不是問題；如果自行出入停車場，最後還是要在仔細問詢前台。

The hotel service was par excellence! Our taxi driver brought us to the main hotel instead of its branch 7 km away. A senior staff member having found out our mistake voluntarily took us in her car to the hotel we booked! All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and the amenities were in good condition! It is only about 300m from Tengwang Pavilion (滕王阁) we wanted to visit. Will definitely book it again for my next trip.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

Saya telah membuat tempahan untuk rakan-rakan beberapa kali dan ia adalah hotel lima bintang yang telah lama ditubuhkan di Nanchang. Ia adalah tapak asal Hotel Five Lakes 20 tahun yang lalu. Hotel ini mempunyai pemandangan tasik yang sangat baik. Perkhidmatan ini juga cukup prihatin Malah, tempahan terus di meja depan hotel adalah lebih murah daripada Ctrip. Terdapat ruang kecil di sekitar hotel, yang sangat sesuai untuk berjalan/berjoging pagi. Apabila cuaca baik, anda boleh melihat latihan mendayung di Pusat Akuatik Jiangxi, yang merupakan pemandangan yang unik.

Room and service are top notch! Will surely return to this hotel if I visit Nanchang again. Special mention to 陈玲 whom help me to charge my laptop as my charger failed to work. 陈玲 and the team always put guests at their first priority. Washer and dryer, cleanliness, breakfast, shower are all great! This is an almost perfect hotel!

This stay is definitely the great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Firstly the room is stylish with comfortable atmosphere. Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.
