Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

Excellent location, excellent house hardware, very convenient to attractions like tengwangge and wanshougong, all kinds of Nanchang famous street foods in the hotel area. The hotel front desk staff did a great job during my stay, very attentive and helpful, plus the breakfast was very good and staff there was very nice in every possible way. All in all very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend!!

An aging 5 stars hotel. Staff service is very good. Room overall is acceptable but would be perfect if they revamp the doors and floors. Overall we are satisfied with our stay .

此次出行整體體驗超棒，必須點贊 位置得天獨厚，緊鄰地鐵站，步行幾分鐘就能到達，周邊商場、景點，遊玩購物超便捷。 房間佈局精巧，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠。設施齊全且智能，燈光、窗簾調控隨心，還有免費迷你吧，超貼心。衞生更是無可挑剔，一塵不染。 服務人員熱情專業，我們很晚入住，接待人員民宇一直的暖心問候、隨意問答，到遊玩推薦、問題解答，事事周到。還特意幫我們安排了延遲退房，超暖心。 公區設施豐富，健身房器材精良，還有洗衣房。 早餐多樣美味，性價比超高，有拌粉瓦罐湯等特色小吃。 總之，這家酒店是出行首選，期待再相逢！

非常滿意超出預期的一次住宿體驗～到店前有確認時間並提前收拾好房間，按需求選了較安靜的房間，前台和服務引導也都態度很好很到位，送上熱茶，還有脆甜的香梨寬帶～還給免費升級到了有窗客房。用餐區域環境佳，衹體驗了下午茶和早餐，菜品豐富味道也不錯，對沒那麼能吃辣的很救命！客房也寬敞整潔，淋浴很舒適肯比洗浴中心～最後臨走因為臨近春節還給送了水果小食～一層大堂有書法區、小孩玩樂的地方還有圍棋象棋，很貼心。另外特意選這家除了設計好評價好，交通也很方便，去江西省博和滕王閣都是10分鐘左右的車程，門口沒走幾步就到地鐵站。總之，這是一次超出物超所值、超出預期的住宿體驗，推薦！

第二次住這家酒店了。這次來陪男朋友過生日，為了佈置房間，提前好幾天就聯繫前台小姐姐鄧成嘉幫我代收快遞。她人超級好，一直很耐心回覆我的消息，幫我收了六七個包裹，我入住之後還主動安排工作人員幫我把快遞送到房間門口。我們退房的時候不小心把東西落在房間裏，她也積極聯繫阿姨幫我們找。 酒店環境很好，房間可以看到摩天輪。房間每晚有人來送宵夜，蛋撻小蛋糕什麼的。阿姨付國秀人也很好，每天打掃也很乾凈，我們離開的時候房間因為佈置過生日場景有點亂，怪不好意思的，麻煩阿姨清理了o.o總之還是很推薦這家酒店的。

My single room is small relative to the other Chinese hotels I stayed in in China. The hotel is old but the interior is quite nice. I found the hotel breakfast to be exceptional. It offers the largest selection. I arrived while a conference was held. The check-in was extremely slow. The concierge was not short-staffed. Just that they don't work efficiently and took a long time to check-in a guest.

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel! “Dear Lucas and colleagues at Jinjiang Capital: first of all, once again Lucas, I would like to thank you very much for your help in getting me some warm clothes to deal with the extremely cold weather in Nanchang. Your assistance went beyond the call of duty and I admire and respect you and the dedication you have to your work. Additionally, I would like to thank all the staff there who have made a special effort to help me, in the context of my failure to learn Chinese language to any decent degree. Last night and this morning colleagues helped me with getting a taxi to catch my train, making sure that all things were in place to make it easy for me. The colleague who went with me to Floor 1 assisted in making sure that the taxi was going to the correct railway station. I would like to also express my gratitude to those colleagues. … Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.”

Very strange. After checking in, I went out for dinner. While gone, I got some messages on WeChat from the front desk that there was a problem. When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there.
