Hampton by Hilton Nanchang Stay Review Overview: I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city. The Good: 1. Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets. 2. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. 一次很驚喜的入住 進入酒店大堂就讓我眼前一亮 燈光很不錯 很温暖 大堂的聖誕樹也特別好看 很有氛圍感，前台接待我的小冉和小潔服務周到 禮貌熱情。特別讓人開心，進入客房以後，客房服務員的笑容也很有感染力，打掃的房間也很乾凈，住起來讓人安心。以後來南昌還會住這家酒店

房間基本沒有隔音可言，要求安靜的房間結果排對着馬路的正下方就是工地，一晚上沒睡根本睡不着，馬路晚上也很多車鳴笛還有摩託車，早上工地早早的就施工了吵的不行。早上給我換了一個稍微房間一進去馬桶還有水漬。。。實在是太困了也懶得再跟酒店掰扯什麼了。

內部設施都非常新非常好👍 但是對前台的服務的意識還沒有培訓好！ 我辦理入住後麻煩前台把我的行李送到房間她説不方便送。原因是因為怕把我的貴重物品弄丟！ 我問：你們打掃衞生時不怕客人東西弄丟嗎？ 他無言以對然後甩臉給我看！問她我行李放哪裡？很不耐煩地説：隨便放在那旁邊就好！ 我充分能感覺到和一線城市相比南昌酒店的服務人員的服務意識沒有到位！硬件那麼好運行的系統是windows98！

酒店設施齊全，感覺頗佳，房間很整潔乾淨，服務人員熱情周到，進入酒店立即送上白木耳湯，温馨感十足，停車很方便，酒店後面有更好的停車位，早餐供應齊全，很感舒適。

酒店早餐豐富，洗澡水大沐浴用品很好。停車地面和地下車位充足，地面車位有專人引導，並主動協助幫提行李箱。每天免費提供四瓶礦泉水，店家用心了。唯一要改進的，就是房間內放行李箱架子在增加一衹就完美了。

位於南昌高鐵站附近，周邊配套設施齊全，房間衞生整潔，細節滿滿浴室附近的掛鈎和洗漱台上設定的廢物收納籃都很便利，早餐豐富美味，服務不錯！

酒店環境很好，裝修看起來很新，整體是商務風的設計，酒店有洗衣房和健身房，比較適合出差人士，很方便，另外工作人員服務態度很好，前台小杜辦理入住很熟練，順便還介紹了酒店設施用餐等等，總的來説酒店性價比很高。

酒店位置在市區，早餐味道也還可以，有南昌特色的拌粉和瓦罐湯，有免費的健身房和洗衣房，前台小林服務很好，很滿意的一次入住！

最近住的很糟心的酒店： 1.wifi無法上網，連接後一直不跳出認證頁面，試了n次都不行，手機網絡信號又差，太耽誤事。 2.房間冰箱、空調噪音大（從沒碰到過噪音那麼大的），冰箱還無法自行關閉。 3.床頭和廁所外的燈光觸控按鈕常亮，亮度比較高，冰箱下方的夜燈也一直亮着，整個房間始終有光，影響睡眠。 4.吹風機又重噪聲又大，按鈕還不靈，2024年了，幾十塊的吹風機也不至於這樣。 5.早餐餐廳加熱牛奶的機器，會先出一點水再出牛奶，喝的牛奶都是兑了水的。 6.床單是破的。 7.不是新酒店，但房間裝修氣味依舊很重。 8.酒店周邊環境、道路情況都很差，到處施工，想着離南昌東站近一點，但因為路況差，跟到市區時間也差不多，開車都費勁。 9.停車票掃碼一直不成功，前前後後幾次都搞不定。

房間舒適，是外出旅遊的首選，感謝前台美女楊小姐的熱情接待
