Room was spacious and clean, with the expected basic amenities, but seemed to be some issues with soundproofing as there was constant banging from floor above. Service at front desk quite slow and not particularly friendly. Overall, good choice for a citybreak or business trip to Nanchang, would recommend.

Location is very good in the middle of shopping and food street. The room isn't well-maintained and when I just came in the strong nasty smell from the drainage attacked me. So I had to stay for 2 night in a room with that smell because it was always raining that I was so reluctant to spend days outside. Regretfully, if only the management would renovate and care about the drainage it would be a nice property. Eventhough I closed the bathroom room, the smell was still strong and AC even made it worse spreading it to the entire room.

We booked into the Holiday Inn because we had missed our connecting train and had to reschedule for the morning. The hotel was located close to the station, and was very reasonable for the price. The room was also spacious, clean and was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very helpful and polite the entire time.
When we finally got home we realised we had forgotten an item, after calling the hotel the staff were very helpful and found it and would post it to us. Thank you.

這次因為來看花花的演唱會來到南昌，選擇入住鉑瑞酒店，真的是太明智啦，我要好好誇一誇！
先説酒店的環境吧，酒店的外觀設計非常大氣，走進大堂更是給人一種豪華又舒適的感覺。大堂的裝修很有格調，而且非常寬敞明亮。酒店內部的綠化也做得很好，到處都能看到綠植和花卉，讓人心情格外舒暢。
其次是房間，大廳黃經理很熱情，給我們的房間視野特別好，可以看到城市的美景。房間的裝修風格簡約時尚，很符合我的審美。而且房間裏的隔音效果也很棒，晚上睡覺的時候非常安靜，完全不會被外界的聲音打擾。房間裏的衞生間也很乾凈，乾濕分離的設計非常合理，洗澡的時候很方便。再來説説酒店的餐飲，酒店的餐廳提供的菜品非常豐富，有各種中式、西式的美食可以選擇。早餐的種類也很多，味道都非常不錯。我特別喜歡他們家的麪包和咖啡，簡直是絕配。餐廳的服務也很周到，工作人員會及時給客人添加茶水和收拾餐具，讓人感覺非常貼心。最後要説的是酒店的娛樂設施，酒店有健身房、遊永池等娛樂設施，我在空閑的時候去健了健身、遊了游泳，感覺非常放鬆。健身房的設備都很新，而且種類齊全，可以滿足不同的鍛鍊需求。游泳池的水質也很清澈，水温也剛剛好，遊起來非常舒服。總之，鉑瑞酒店真的是一家非常棒的酒店，我在這裏度過了非常愉快的時光，強烈推薦給大家！

昨天同學聚會入住的攜程度假農莊，非常棒的度假體驗，我們嘗試了三種不同的房型，房間設施都不錯，雖然房間略偏小，，但是這裏最難得的是環境，整個營地規劃特別合理，營地寬敞、還有卡拉OK，荷塘、松柏、空氣中瀰漫著甜甜的桂花香，有魚竿的話還能垂釣，前台小哥的服務可以說是滿5星，周到又細緻，給我們提供了非常多便利，有空一定再來，滿屏推薦

Excellent facilities, especially considering the price. The swimming pool is very nice and is just a few hundred meters from the main hotel building. There is an area in the pool suitable for smaller children (0,6-0,8 meters deep). Swim caps are mandatory but can be bought at the swimming pool reception for 10 yuan each. The breakfast was mostly Chinese with, among other food, tasty noodles but there was also cereals, fruits and some bread. There is no playground inside the hotel anymore but it didnt bother us since we spent time in the swimming pool instead. The location is not central but the hotel is not very far from the subway station.
All in all a very good hotel for someone who wants a relaxing time and doesnt need live in the city center. We enjoyed our stay.

PPengguna Tetamu一場説走就走的旅行，看攜程推薦的民宿，一開始沒有過高期待，衹想在山裡呼吸新鮮空氣。沒想到，入住的是一個集古樸與現代融為一天的古村落，吃飯、咖啡都很方便。270度落地窗景，一家人可以在自己房間或樓下平台喝茶、嗑瓜子，晚上枕着潺潺的溪水，下雨天聽雨聲、看山上霧氣的流動。。。愜意、滿足。關鍵是“青語”店家小姐姐，既文藝範兒、又暖心，由於我們是一早高鐵到，離入住還早，貼心地準備了早飯，手作的糯米燒賣、南瓜小米粥、江西米粉，每日還有水果提供。知道我們吃不了辣，把廚房、儲備口糧免費給我們，讓我們有種在家的感覺。店主小姐姐的拍照技術一流，為我們留下了很多美照。熱愛自然的她，會帶娃看蜂巢、看蜘蛛結網。。還幫我們照看從菜市場買的帶不上動車的兩衹小鴨鴨。從來沒有在攜程上點評那麼多文字，是真心的覺得這家民宿值得點贊，繼續保持哦，希望以後冬日能來看霧凇

The Walton has only 6 floors and the Walton more. It was little confusing when we first arrived as to which hotel we had booked. We decided to stay in the Wellton hotel. reception was very nice and patiently explained the hotel situation. Very friendly and good sense of humor so its wasn't a bother to us. They brought us up a welcoming fruit plate. nice touch. the room was nice and clean. big enough. The was super comfy. they offer soft and hard pillows. The hotel offers breakfast in the other building but we never woke up early enough to catch breakfast so can't comment on that. Its within walking distance of the Mix C (10-15 mins walk) and to the ferris wheel. check out was smooth. overall a good stay.

PPengguna TetamuAll the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

1.wifi無法上網，連接後一直不跳出認證頁面，試了n次都不行，手機網絡信號又差，太耽誤事。
2.房間冰箱、空調噪音大（從沒碰到過噪音那麼大的），冰箱還無法自行關閉。
3.床頭和廁所外的燈光觸控按鈕常亮，亮度比較高，冰箱下方的夜燈也一直亮着，整個房間始終有光，影響睡眠。
4.吹風機又重噪聲又大，按鈕還不靈，2024年了，幾十塊的吹風機也不至於這樣。
5.早餐餐廳加熱牛奶的機器，會先出一點水再出牛奶，喝的牛奶都是兑了水的。
6.床單是破的。
7.不是新酒店，但房間裝修氣味依舊很重。
8.酒店周邊環境、道路情況都很差，到處施工，想着離南昌東站近一點，但因為路況差，跟到市區時間也差不多，開車都費勁。
9.停車票掃碼一直不成功，前前後後幾次都搞不定。

Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel!

CChaoThe hotel is one of the high-end hotels in the city. The cost for one-night stay actually was very reasonable by U.S. standards. It offers shower and jacuzzi in the room and very comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was also included. The front desk and concierge offered tremendous help with friendliness and sincerity.
Their service afterwards was also impressive. The front desk made an error with my U.S. credit card. Instead of using it as a deposit, he mistakenly placed a charge on it. After I returned to the U.S. I got an urgent message from trip.com to ask me to contact the hotel right away via WeChat. I got the credit back in a week with very timely follow up from the lobby service manager Andy.
I definitely will stay in this hotel next time for my visit of Nanchang.

When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there.

Hhappy little travellergreat location, 2-5 minutes walk to the mrt station depending on how fast you walk. mrt station is close to most things in the city/tourist area. there is a slight toilet smell when you first enter, the toilet seat was also slightly damp (perhaps from the cleaning after the last customer). the room is somewhat dark because there is only one source of yellow light on the ceiling, and 2 bedside lamps but not very helpful. not super foreigner accessible as the front desk receptionist doesn’t speak much english, so you will need to know a little chinese, but not anti-foreigner. overall a not bad, affordable hotel with a great way of traveling around the city, wish the lights were a bit brighter and there was no typical toilet smell.
