國慶和家人出行入住了這個酒店，酒店各項設施還是比較完善的，酒店前台熱情服務好推介了當地好吃街，非常點贊👍🏻。 但是酒店衞生應該重點關注，我看了酒店的評論很多都在反應衞生問題，希望酒店能夠重視！連衞生都不能做好怎能給客人舒適的環境？？晚上洗漱進衞生間發現了好幾個問題： 1.洗漱池枱面上還有上一位客人留下的雙眼皮貼。 2.洗漱池邊上全是褐色污垢。 3.面盆裏漏水處全是頭髮未清理。 4.洗澡的花灑是松的一打開水直接噴水到身上，客房收拾的時候就應該要檢查一下。 總之大環境沒問題，衞生細節真的需要用心做，不然在好的設施、服務、也全是白搭。

設施：非常喜歡的裝修風格，簡約又時尚，雖然是新裝修的店但是房間裏面沒有一點異味，空調效果也是相當的好，開28度我還要蓋被的那種，床也非常舒適！ 衞生：非常乾淨的店，以前住店我是會自帶床單的那種，但是一進房間我感覺沒這個必要，對於有潔癖的我來説已經消除了我的顧慮，所以住的很放心！ 環境：因為是送孩子上學所以選擇了離師大近一點的這家店，實在太方便了，周邊吃的很多，西山公園和南充博物館都非常近，打車就幾分鐘的距離，尤其推薦龍鳳瓦罐煨湯店，非常好吃的一家店！ 服務：入住前就接到電話瞭解入住時間會提前把房間空調打開，因為南充的氣温實在是高，所以還沒有入住就已經感受到了很温馨的服務，有需要機器人會為你服務，因為特殊原因要求延遲退房，在不影響客人入住的情況下也是欣然同意了我的訴求，很感謝小姐姐的幫助！這一次來南充的時間很短暫，好吃好玩的還有很多，把遺憾留給下一次，所以再來的時候一定還住這家店，非常推薦！

酒店位置就在濕地公園出入口旁邊，進出公園非常方便，景色很美！酒店的工作人員很熱情，知道我們第二天要坐火車，很早要退房離開，本來八點才開早餐，我們七點一刻去，就給我們開餐了。知道我們愛吃米粉（頭天我一個人吃了三碗，米粉是現吃現做的，味道特別好），給我們煮了一大碗，那個碗是真大啊，比我的頭還大😀走的時候，還送了伴手禮！對了，還免費給我們升級了房間！
