第一次接觸的時候就覺得民宿主人非常隨和 這次住了loft 因為攜程搞錯價格 老闆絲毫沒有將責任拋出 依然給了我最優惠的價格 最好的一間！
非常驚喜的是凌晨 老闆買的禮花煙火放出了迪斯尼的氣勢 還熱情招待了整個區域的住客 大家一同來觀賞拍照 另給我們準備了宵夜
早上起來 親手為我們準備了熱呼呼的早餐 美味的薺菜大餛飩 高淳米糕 燒賣 油煎蛋 還打了南瓜羹 賓至如歸説的就是這個吧！有機會還要再去過大年啊

原本8月份想着藉著慶祝🎊生日的機會，預訂了竹林雙卧套房，後來臨時有事改約到了9月才成行，從南京出發開了1個半小時的車，下午2點左右到的，進🏨大門後就是停車場，私家車停到停車場以後就可以不用了，大門崗亭的工作人員會提前聯繫管家用接駁車來接，管家周婷服務熱情周到，在主樓辦理好入住手續後做接駁車帶我們去了預訂的竹林雙卧套房，照片前兩張是竹林套房的照片，我們進房間以後聞到房裡有很濃的黴味兒（後來發現牆上有些地方都發黴了），空調也不製冷，待了快1個小時温度都沒下來，熱的不得了，立馬聯繫了管家調換房間，管家幫我們申請安排升級到了湖畔雅居雙卧套房因為升級的房間需要準備先來接我們到主樓大堂休息，聽到家人説有蚊子還主動拿了花露水給我們，3點半的樣子終於去到了我們入住的房間，雖然有點折騰，但是服務我們還是打滿分的。
酒店主樓1樓是健身房更衣室，直通外面稻田中的泳池，2樓是大堂，3樓是餐廳，我們安頓好休息了一會兒趁着下午4.5點天氣沒那麼熱的時候去遊了泳，電話☎️前台安排接駁車接送很方便，服務的工作人員都挺有眼力見的，接駁車的服務小哥主動問我們是不是去游泳，提前聯繫泳池的員工安排，住店的客人可能不多，整個泳池衹有我們幾個人，被太陽曬過一天的泳池水温正好，不冷不熱，感覺特別舒服。
總體來説竹林雙卧套房跟湖景雙卧套房這兩個房型相比我們更推薦湖景雙卧，房型更大，佈局也更合理，等天氣再涼快些可以2刷，服務滿分，還有很多亮點，比如：晚上有工作人員特意送了歡迎水果，早上退房很方便，房卡直接給接駁車小哥就行，不用特意再把房卡送去主樓，接駁車直接送我們去停車場，送了伴手禮跟飲品，早餐的烏飯很好吃，遇到的所有服務員都很熱情主動，非常推薦[比心]

離老街很近，邊上是個公園，區位不錯。
這個酒店的房間格局比較罕見，衞浴功能區面積很大，客房面積卻非常侷促，除了一場床，幾乎擺不下別的傢俱。晚上需要處理一點事務，筆記本就衹能擺在電視機旁邊巴掌大的一點案板上。這種格局衹能説挺奇葩的。
房間緊鄰馬路，車流聲不絕於耳，介意環境噪聲的朋友慎入。
面巾上有一團形跡可疑的黃斑，令人感覺非常不適。電動窗簾沒反應。

週中沒事想找個地方發呆，在攜程隨便看看，看到這家無想山腳下的民宿，預訂後看天氣預報顯示下雨，心想天氣原因會不會體驗很差，不過也剛好適合無聊發呆，南京開過去不遠50分鐘就到了，到了以後覺得擔憂真的多餘，雨後的小村非常乾淨，整個小院花草滿地，因為不是週末，就我一間房客，老闆娘爽快的給我升級了房間，真的很棒，晚上簡單的吃了點東西，老闆娘姐姐給我們泡了茶聊了很久，是個有想法的姐姐，晚上房間真的是格外的安靜，床墊很軟，睡的舒服極了，早上起床後在村裡散散步很舒服，下次有時間還要再過來，約幾個朋友，可以一起燒烤看星星放空。

I was staying in Pukou, NanJing, and needed a hotel at Lukou airport for an early morning flight to Korea. GreenTrees was easily accessed by short taxi ride from Metro in the airport, and at checkin the hotel booked me onto their 6.00 AM shuttle minibus. Dinner wasn't available (I arrived at 20.00), but they offered me snacks and I was able to buy more at their 24-hour shop. Breakfast wasn't due to start until 6.00 AM, but they allowed me in at 5.45.

飛機延誤，去到已經半夜十二多點，很疲乏，白天店裡給電話提醒説有免費接機服務，回撥電話就可約車，晚上順利打通。接機的地點很好找，車輛幾分鐘就到了，到酒店就幾分鐘車程，到店後還有剛盛好的茶水，房間安排了在一樓，晚上出乎意料之外很安靜，早上送機的服務也很方便。
第一次住機場酒店，沒想到體驗很好，值得五星好評！

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

MMs HotelierBath tub was awesome and bedding was super comfy. Also, hotel staff went another mile in preparing cake, fruits, chocolate and a little gift as it was my birthday. Breakfast was comprehensive and the scrambled eggs were exceptionally good. Waking distance to a new high end mall that opened only a few days ago and super close to the metro line 2 and 10.

EEric John GrahamStaying at the Jumeirah Nanjing is a ”must” experience for all travelers to the city. The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

WWONGEdwinOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

整體的入住感受還是很舒適和簡潔乾淨的。
入住前有幸行政經理Shelia提前聯繫升級至行政房，行政樓層的體驗還是不錯的，晚間有行政簡餐和行政酒廊，加分項！
房間住的很舒服，床硬度剛好，房間空間還是比較大的（忘記拍照了），早餐服務也不錯。

PPengguna Tetamu國慶出行當天臨時訂的酒店，價格比平時並沒有貴到離譜，酒店門口有兩棵桂花樹，整個停車場和大堂都是香的，門口路兩邊很粗壯的梧桐樹，就是現成的梧桐大道啊，對於一個第一次在秋天魯G來蘇A的人來説，第一印象太棒啦。。房間乾淨整潔，設施環境都非常好，晚上特別安靜，床和枕頭也舒服，去鐘山的幾個景點特別近，打車起步價，附近吃飯的也很多。要非説缺點，可能就是離地鐵站有一點點遠。

DDenzchyI booked for 5 nights. When I checked in, they gave me a room that looked completely different from the images. It was very dark and small. Also, the carpet was dirty and had hair on it. After two nights, I checked my booking again and noticed the huge difference. I went to the reception and showed them the photos. They then changed the room. The room I got then was exactly the type I booked. Please take a look at the photos I uploaded here, you will see the enormous difference! I find it extremely inappropriate to give me this TERRIBLE room when I book for 5 (!) nights. They seriously gave me the worst room of the entire hotel and didn’t care at all. Check the photos and judge by yourself! Positive things: the location is great, directly in the city center.
