Hotel berhampiran Excellence Haike Tianjie, Nanjing

首先酒店沒有免費的停車位，店家説樓下物業有停車位，中午的時候開過去後，對方不肯讓我們停在裏面，最後停在了對面商場裏面。其次，這個衞生間設計的有問題，洗澡的地方特別小，還是透明的玻璃，玻璃門一開就是進門口，所以説帶小朋友過來真的不方便。洗澡的地方連衣服都不能放的。這個真的是無語透了。還有就是床上有小蟲，不知道是哪裡來的，這個衞生堪憂。隔音效果差，隔壁小朋友放着電視聲音，房間裏都能聽到。

The smart room was surprisingly worth it considering the price. At first glance the design concept is questionable but it kind of makes sense in an interesting way. Only downside is the shower glass;maybe some privacy glass should be added as well,not only couples will book the room. Service was perfect,location spot on. Overall it was worth it .

此次評價不針對酒店員工。這家酒店是因為出差的原因訂的，儘量加錢選的一個有朝室外窗户的房間，結果到了門店check-in的才和我説，是個高窗。各位不知道啥是高窗就想象一下牢房，超過你身高好多好多的牆上，開了一個你根本打不開的窗，感覺就是一部向上的肖申克的救贖。沒有在預訂頁面明説就真的很可惡，毫無意義的窗户，和其他內室沒差。這家酒店因為環境關係，沒法開正常窗户，但請在預訂頁面寫清楚是高窗。房間其他設施也是比較老款的全季。這次是出差比較近訂的，反正以後私人行程，肯定不會再訂了

The hotel is quite nice. The room was quiet. The location is okay but it’s a little bit far from the metro. There’s a supermarket downstairs and a restaurant. The only issue was the staff were quite unhelpful. We were on the 26th floor and ordered delivery. They have a robot which delivers items to the rooms but they robot won’t take food or drinks. There are several staff members downstairs but nobody to take items upstairs in place of the robot. Staff seem quite lazy and ingenious. You can probably find better hotels with better trained and more competent staff.

Very nice hotel, classy feel when you walk in, there's restaurants inside and a convience shops inisde, however if you want to go out for food or snacks, there's not much around , room was big and shower was strong and the ambient lighting is excellent, feel Cosy. Staff was very helpful for rebooking for another night, telling me which APP to use.

Hotel's location is perfect. You can go from hotel to Fuzimiao or turistic places by walk. Also hotel is clean and cheap. But there is one disadvantage. No window in the room

Ini adalah kali pertama saya melancong sendirian dan kali pertama saya tinggal di asrama remaja. Saya datang ke sini selepas membaca ulasan Saya gembira dapat bertemu dengan ramai orang. Kami hanya berkumpul selama beberapa hari dan semua orang berada dalam keadaan yang indah dan bersih. Semua orang menyanyi bersama-sama di sekitar penyanyi residen Kumpulan itu akan menganjurkan aktiviti dan pendaftaran secara sukarela pada 12:00 malam, saya juga pergi melawat Pasar Hantu Nanjing. kami bergelak ketawa sepanjang perjalanan dan saya sangat gembira nampaknya sudah lama saya tidak ketawa dari lubuk hati saya harap lebih ramai lagi yang saya kenali dan akan berkunjung lagi peluang itu. Lovely Duoyuan Sebenarnya, saya rasa perjalanan ke Nanjing ini adalah kerana keselesaan asrama belia membuatkan saya berasa seronok dengan pengalaman itu kerana terdapat begitu ramai orang di tempat tarikan! !

I would recommend however be aware that the mattresses are very thin and so it feels like sleeping on the floor. Apart from that I didn't have any issue. There is also a great place to eat food downstairs.

This hotel’s location is really good. It is located right next to a major shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and stores. It’s located within walking distance from Xuanwu Gate 玄武门 and Xuanwu Lake 玄武湖. It’s right next to a subway that provides easy access to other parts of Nanjing like the Nanjing Museum 南京博物院 or the Confucian Temple area 夫子庙. The rooms were clean and everything in it felt high quality. The view of Nanjing from my room was beautiful. Although the hotel staff are very friendly, I marked the service and amenities as 4/5 for a few reasons. First, laundry is relatively expensive whereas at Atour 亚朵 it’s free. If i remember correctly, they wanted me to pay 35 or so rmb per article of clothing. Secondly, the hotel allows delivery of takeout but they do not send it to your room like they do at Atour 亚朵. You have to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. These are the only two things that stop me from giving all 5/5s. Other than that, I loved this hotel especially for its location and comfortable rooms. If you dont care about doing laundry or having takeout ordered directly to your room, then those two criticisms are relatively minor things. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel regardless.

The hotel is a rather old-fashioned one, despite the room design, the staff were super duper nice and friendly. It would be better if the hotel can provide room service until midnight. There were not much meituan food choices after 1100, it would be great if the hotel can provide some refreshing room service food at night. On the other hand, we thought it would be an good idea if the hotel can use roborts to deliver the take aways ( meituan ) to the rooms. it was pretty cold and kinda insecure for customers to get down stairs and take their orders at the entrance. Lastly, we really wanna thanks the staff as we forgot to bring our cards down stairs, it was more than delighted when the staff arranged a supplemental card for us. In a forseable future, this hotel will always be my first priority when visitng Namjing.
