The staff was excellent; they went above and beyond to help us send some packages back to our home country and took care of the entire process. The hotel itself is clean and well-located.

The hotel is located strategic near main shopping area yet not noisy however the room has bad sound proof therefore we cant make much noisy or watch tv in the room. The customer service is good and there is a lift too

the room is good but the room has flies for 3 days, only when asking to change the room the hotel service is very responsive and fast. the bed is not comfortable, it is not hard and uneven.

I struggled to find the door because I did not believe the entrance would be this fancy, very well designed hotel and professional service

Nice location besides numerous tourist attractions, Boutique hotel with the feel of amenities that may require some upgrades especially the water facet.Friendly staff who are very responsive to guest request. Metro is about 700m and is very easy to move around. Convenience stores and numerous eateries from Chinese to western cuisine are within the neighborhood

1. Superb stay experience! The room was clean, bright, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and I slept soundly. The front desk service was warm and efficient. The subway station is right outside the door. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city! 2. Incredible value for money! The daily cleaning was meticulous; even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The breakfast was varied and fresh. It's only a 10-minute walk to attractions. Highly recommended! 3. A definite 10/10! The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; it was exceptionally quiet at night. The staff were always available and very attentive. I was even upgraded to a room with a view for free, and the view from the window was stunning! Should I add a few more positive reviews for specific types of hotels (e.g., family hotels, business hotels)?

It is a good choice for traveling. The fifth-floor terrace can directly see the Confucius Temple, which is great! The subway station is also nearby, which is very convenient for travel. Going downstairs is the Confucius Temple Pedestrian Snack Street.

Friendly service, tea can be made downstairs, the room is cost-effective, and the air conditioning is very powerful. It is very close to Bailuzhou Park. No tickets are required before 10 am. There is a Lantern Festival inside.

The renovation next door woke me up at 5am and I was speechless

I booked a room for my sister. I felt relieved when I saw that it was operated by Ctrip. The hotel is right next to the tourist attraction, which is very convenient for travel! The room is not big, but the hygiene is still very good! The facilities are average! The overall environment is OK
