Hotel di Yuhuatai Nanjing South Railway Station Area, Nanjing

I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!

The smart home features are absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 Even when it's cold, the toilet seat can be heated, which is a nice touch and very clever. Xiao Du (the smart assistant) is also very intelligent. For this price, staying here is really great value for money! The scenery is lovely, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and transportation is convenient, making it perfect for a trip! Ordering takeout is super easy; you just write your room number, and a robot delivers it to your door. The little robot is adorable, and when we needed anything, the front desk sent it up very promptly. Excellent! 👍🏻

I bought a room voucher from Trip.com, and the price was even better than my company's corporate rate. I asked a colleague, who said their level wasn't high enough to stay here, and checking the prices confirmed it. Well, thanks to the front desk for upgrading me to a room on the seventh floor of Building Six, opposite the Executive Lounge. It seemed to be a family suite. However, I'm just too loyal (and addicted) to fried chicken; I haven't really stayed at Hyatt properties much outside of Hawaii and Macau. Thanks to Trip.com, this experience was fantastic. I checked, and the URBN brand is quite top-tier. The toiletries provided had a soothing scent, and the toothpaste was bamboo salt, very refreshing. This suited me much better than the overly sweet fig scent at the Ritz, where I just paid 1166 for executive privileges. Though the fig scent is also quite nice. The bedding was very comfortable; I had a great night's sleep, from 9 PM until 5 AM. The courtyard in the morning was truly refreshing, and the welcoming staff on the first floor were up early, warm, and polite. Breakfast was focused on health, so as a disciplined person, I couldn't eat too much; light options were perfect. I even packed a bowl of plain congee for my child, who finished it all. Today's made-to-order item was leek pockets, but I preferred the beef potstickers from the day before yesterday. I remember when I checked in yesterday, they even gave me an extra portion of local grapes based on my preferences, and my two-year-old devoured them and even learned to spit out the seeds! 😂 Receiving two welcome fruit plates, in addition to the one already in the room, shows great thoughtfulness. They even kept and returned my 100-watt charger that I forgot to take with me the day before yesterday. A very pleasant stay; I'm going to start accumulating Globalist nights now!

This hotel is incredibly close to Nanjing South Railway Station. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was super nice and answered all our questions. They even upgraded our room on the second night! The deluxe twin room was spacious with comfortable bedding. There's a shopping area right downstairs where we enjoyed Heytea and tried duck blood vermicelli soup, making it perfect for a girls' weekend in Nanjing. It's really convenient to get anywhere from Nanjing South Station by subway, and the hotel even gave us a complimentary coffee ☕. It was truly a delightful trip to Nanjing!

While its proximity to 1701 is convenient for performances, the hotel's room rate feels quite steep. I have a significant complaint regarding the front desk service on that day. My food delivery arrived, but it wasn't promptly delivered to my room, ostensibly due to the delivery robot being unavailable. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went downstairs to retrieve it myself, only to find the front desk staff casually chatting and laughing. Despite both delivery robots being in the lobby, my order was simply left on a small table by the door and was never sent up. When I asked them directly, 'Why was my delivery just left there and not brought up?', the front desk staff remained silent, without even offering a single apology. This level of service certainly doesn't justify the room price.

Booked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

Upon entering the lobby, staff promptly offer seasonal tea, available continuously from 6 AM until late at night. The personalized services catering to different needs are truly touching: female guests can request steam eye masks and brown sugar ginger tea, families with children receive special kids' toiletries and reading materials, and complimentary plain congee or white fungus soup is available late at night. For early morning flights, the ”grab-and-go breakfast” service solves the mealtime dilemma, and upon check-out, guests receive a bottle of warm water at 40℃, demonstrating a consistently human touch throughout. Furthermore, free laundry and drying facilities, 24-hour butler service, and a wide array of items available for borrowing completely address the essential needs and pain points of business travel. The hotel's location is also excellent, often situated in city centers or areas with convenient transportation, surrounded by abundant dining and shopping options, making travel incredibly easy. However, a slight drawback is that some rooms suffer from poor soundproofing, and the air conditioning can be noisy on high settings, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. Overall, Atour has long transcended the traditional function of a hotel. It enriches its spaces with culture and warms hearts with its attention to detail. Whether for business travel or leisure, it stands as a premium choice for mid-to-high-end accommodation. The experience would be even more perfect if daily equipment maintenance were enhanced.

The service staff are very friendly, proactive and enthusiastic, and they also help solve small problems😁 The hotel is very close to Nanjing South Station, Metro Line 3, go directly to Daming Road and exit at Exit 4, the hotel is across the street, the subway station at the door is convenient to any attractions, the hotel breakfast is rich, there is duck blood vermicelli soup, the taste is good, the room is clean and tidy, and the space is large. The hotel also provides billiards for entertainment. The location is easy to find. Although I came on the weekend, there are still a lot of parking spaces, which is very convenient

My 3 friends and I stayed at this hotel. We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel is very clean and the staff are so kind and accommodating. Upon check in they even offered to wash our clothes for us, which was amazingly helpful. We arrived at the Nanjing South Railway station which is a walking distance from the hotel (about an 8min walk). If you're coming from the train station, I recommend exiting through the South exit. Then turning right (meaning going west) and using your GPS to find the hotel. This is the most direct route. We did have trouble finding the entrance of the hotel. So posting here the daytime and nighttime photos of the hotel entrance. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Nanjing! A big thank you to the hotel staff!
