19年入住過當時人不多，體驗感很高。這次入住給我感覺就是房間依然是很乾凈很舒服，前台小姐姐服務態度很贊很贊，酒店內的菜很好吃，點的每一道都沒有踩雷因為食材很新鮮，就是上菜速度很慢，問了一下原因是衹有一位廚師實在忙不過來，國慶期間也可以理解。如果酒店增加一些小童遊樂項目就太好了。

Quick stopver as there was connecting flight the next day early morning hours. Precise location and perfect stay. No noise from outside. Very neat and clean hotel. Express checkin and check out. Bed is super comfortable. Ample space in the room. Thanks for providing a good stay.

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.

If you want to stay close to Nanjing South station this hotel is suitable for you. Location is not bad, it on corner of big street and close to Nanjing South station. Bed is comfortable on day time it a bit noisy of neighbors because this time have contraction. Check processes quite simple and staff good. Amenities is clean but have some damage examples towel have hole and in bathroom roofs is dirty. Bathroom shower a bit old 233 but it’s ok. Anyway overall it is ok if hotel can change some weaknesses.

Great service, really beautiful and in a pretty and convenient location (right next to Nanjing Wall and Laomendong and within walkibg distance of Confucius Temple). The lady at the front desk was wonderful, super friendly and upgraded our room for free when we got there, also helped recommend places to eat in the area. There is also a cat, 10/10. Awesome location and extraordinary services!! Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality. The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels. On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.
