All the staff were friendly and helpful, such as the front of house Mr. 劳时 and the onsite manager who looked after us from the moment we stepped through the door as weary travellers. The sixth floor 服务员 was also friendly and lovely. A special thank you to Mr. 栗山, who’s great client service really helped us out and showed much professionalism and poise. On the hotel itself, the rooms were clean, air conditioning effective and beds comfortable. The location was the perfect mid-point for touring the city and river to the west, the 紫金山 area to the east.
