衞生都是可以的對這個價格來説很可，床品真的挺乾淨也有熱水。但是真的太吵了，房間不隔音，隔壁大點聲説話都聽的到，隔壁有家餐館一直會有嗡嗡的聲音一整夜都在響，進房間聽不見這種聲音但是一睡覺就很清楚，一開始以為是空調後來發現是隔壁餐館發出的，耳朵比較敏感的人別考慮除非帶耳塞，酒店和餐廳後廚很近這點非常有bug。凌晨三點的時候突然聽到水滴聲💧斷斷續續，給我嚇一激靈，很像是踩在地板上的聲音…有點嚇人開燈尋找之後，應該是來自天花板空調處，後半夜就一直滴水，空調也很吵擱一會就咔一聲停住，各種噪音我就蒙著頭睡了早上爬起來有點神經衰弱了，快哉快哉～小生走了小生應在江湖悠悠

The location neat the lake is great and also a Metro station is not far. The room's are completely smart. everything is controlled via an Ipad. That was a cool experience. The bad service rating is due o the bad room service that barely cleaned anything. But more negative was our experince at the reception. They became hyper cautious and nevous when they saw foreigners. They scaned our passports and took the obligatory pictures arround 10 times. That was pretty nervewrecking especially as the wanted us to endure this procedure everyday.

離玄武門地鐵站不遠，走路大概10-15分鐘，沿街有不少早餐店，還有一家網紅牛肉鍋貼，就是春節休息了，我們沒吃到。另一條街湖南路有雞鳴湯包總店，味道也不錯。 房間設施很新，西門子的洗烘一體機，晚上扔進去洗，早上可以穿到乾淨暖和的衣服，大冬天真是太舒服了。投影看了幾集電視劇，效果還行，畢竟是民宿，過年期間價格也不高。 民宿在一個公寓樓裏，外面沒有標誌不太好找，記得打電話問前台。
