Hotel berhampiran Xinwanli Shopping Mall, Nanjing

The hotel was in a convenient location, away from the busy tourists hubs and close to many interesting restaurants and areas. It took a long time to check in and they required more details than usual. Room was good, basic but exactly what we needed.

pros : room was big, the place was nice and cozy too, a lot of things were offered like toothbrush, creams, and the location is very convenient cons : the bed is really hard, not confortable, there is only one bathroom for ~20 girls, so i had to queue almost all the time, no toilet paper in the bathroom neither

The Madison hotel 美酒店 is outstanding. While the rooms are starting to age, the service far outpaces any inconvenience due to the room conditions. The manager upgraded me to a larger room that had just been renovated for no extra charge and delivered caring service. He upgraded my room right when a swarm of guests, who all likely booked more expensive rooms that I did, entered the lobby. Yet, the manager prioritized me. That is not to say the older rooms are dirty or uncomfortable, the bedrooms are great, it's just the bathrooms were due for upgrades during my stay. The service staff responds to requests thoroughly and the front desk staff is genuinely helpful and warm. They helped me look for cheaper booking methods for my reservation and let me check in early. My next trip to 南京 will center around the 美仑 again.

第一次來南京也是第一次住建國璞隱酒店，出發前就想找個景點附近的酒店比較方便，訂房以後就問了問酒店的具體位置居然就在夫子廟裡，大家都知道來南京必逛的景點之一一定有夫子廟，當時打電話的時候就聯繫了薛經理，他耐心的給我講解了從機場到酒店的路線加了個企業微信還給我發了很多周邊好吃的，非常好！來了以後非常滿意，酒店新裝修的我還怕味道太大結果沒什麼味道，本來想着去夫子廟吃早飯他們説酒店就有自助早餐，真不愧是高端酒店早餐的種類之多“應有盡有”還有特色鴨血粉絲湯，孩子也非常喜歡吃酒店的早餐，帶上孩子旅遊就怕酒店沒有洗衣房或者烘乾機，結果這酒店都有，太滿意了孩子衣服一天一洗2小時左右就洗完烘乾了，孩子一直誇酒店好在跑步機上玩的不亦樂乎。在這樣的酒店住宿很舒適也很輕鬆，下次來南京不會換酒店了，就認準這了，如果朋友們覺得我誇大其詞就來這住一晚吧，服務設施都槓槓的！滿意！
