Hotel berhampiran Zijin Mountain, Nanjing

The facilities we're very accessible and clean for the most part (the towel rack was duty and I only realised after cleaning my face with the face-towel that was placed on the rack). There was a restaurant which I didn't eat at, but they also offered room service between specific hours. The balcony, which I was looking forward to the most and also the main reason for booking this room, did not have a nice 'garden view' as advertised and was also right next to an escalator and within view of several other rooms which I felt was misrepresented in the online photos. The location is great if you're interested in spending time in the mountain and doing all the activities on offer like paddle boating, taking the cable car or going on hikes, but it's not so great if you want to get a taxi easily or go to restaurants as it's a 10 minute wait for a car and a 15min drive to get anywhere decent to eat. It's very close to some places like the Confucius temple though and if you're not interested in traveling far, it is also very beautiful there and you can easily enjoy just walking/cycling around the mountain and eat at the hotel-restaurant. One other thing to note was that although 30/32 degrees outside, the pool was unavailable to use, which was a huge bummer. I suggest it be noted on the website to avoid future travelers' disappointment. I was also afforded with a late check-out and friendly service right throughout my stay. I'll stay here again in the future.

首先説下酒店外觀，對比價格可以説相當不錯了，看着還挺不錯的，再説酒店環境也不錯，兩百多的價格，沒什麼挑剔的，最後説説服務態度吧，真的是極差的一次體驗了，第一次11點去半入住説沒房，我就出去吃飯了，沒説什麼，第二次一點多吃完飯回來半入住還是沒房，叫我等會，我也是無語了，提前定不是該預留的麼，為啥一點多還沒房，後來等了一會，辦好入住，給了房卡也沒説房子在哪，問了才説不在這棟樓，我真是無語了，出門連一個引導的服務人員都沒有，第一次住酒店找房間找了半個小時。我是兩天連住的，第二天不在酒店，服務員自己開門進去打掃衞生的，把我們自己帶的毛巾一起拿走了，打電話問前台，前台小姑娘説，不會吧，她也不知道該怎麼辦，然後再也打不通電話了，後來我家老公在門口地上一堆換下的被單裏把毛巾找到的，簡直氣死我了。

優點：1地理位置優越，在下馬坊4口出來往南步行5.600米，參觀中山陵和鐘山風景區其他景點，步行前往即可，非常方便，2房間衞生間都是足夠大，兩張1.8米大床，3房間在樓層的東北角，窗外直接看山景。 缺點：1衞生間地漏下水不通，洗澡一地都是水，前台小夥及時響應處理，2沒有旅行茶包咖啡包，這個價位剛好對比在春節前我出差武漢住五星大床房帶早餐，説不過去，3退房後沒有寄存行李服務，直接存大堂隔壁快遞架上，感覺不安全。4周圍飯店太少。

Helpful n friendly staffs who are welling to assist n answer my questions. Room is spaces, clean n comfortable.

It was a one-night stay but the hotel was very cosy and welcoming.Location isn’t perfect but it takes a few mins by cab to get to some food stores and a Mall. It served perfectly my purpose of the stay so I would recommend it in case you need something not far from the Science University

第一次入住，看到網上評分高，就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行，前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務很好很熱情，入住時還贈送了綠豆湯，百香果汁和一份水果，且有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心傾聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，配備小愛同學，前台小姐姐還幫忙推薦了遊玩路線，離二號線仙鶴門地鐵口很近，酒店停車很方便，下次來南京玩還會選擇入住這裏的，非常推薦!

非常好的房東。特別熱情，又大氣，好説話。每個房間都是又乾淨，又整潔，房間裏的裝修都讓人舒適，尤其是燈很亮，適合需要學習的人，連床單都是很有品味的顏色。能在南師附近找到價格這麼便宜又這麼好的民宿，真的不多見。

酒店裝修很有特色，環境很好，設施很智能，床頭還有無線充電，細節設計很到位。前台安安服務很好，很熱情，出行帶着小朋友特意安排了一個樓層的房間，小冰箱飲用水也準備了礦泉水和飲料。酒店位置出行方便，出行地鐵2號線，附近吃喝方便，早餐很好葷素、粗細、中西搭配，營養均衡，味道也很好。房間衞生乾淨，房間看着亮堂堂的，住着很舒適，大堂有飲品區可以免費喝，有果汁和茶包，很滿意的入住體驗。

What an incredible hotel! The rooms are big and luxurious. The staff is exceptional and comparable to 5-star hotel. The quality and choices at breakfast were some of the best food I had in Nanjing. My parents had unusual/unreasonable requests and front desk went out of their way to satisfy. I also had an issue unrelated to the hotel that front desk was able to resolve on my behalf. I particularly want to mention employee 016 for doing a wonderful job and making me and my family feel so well taken care of. Thank you!!!

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.
