第一次住東呈的酒店，總體中規中矩，中式美學和商務結合很舒適。因為酒店是新開的設施設備都還挺新，但衞生有待加強：進門就能看到木地板有很多污漬，穿着拖鞋都是黏糊糊的，馬桶地面有尿味馬桶圈上有頭髮，全身鏡都是印子。辦理入住的時候前台沒有什麼交流，衹指引了電梯位置（電梯是在外面刷卡選樓層的也沒説），沒有説明早餐地點和時間之類的，有點潦草

來南寧玩在Trip 訂房，住宿在這間新蓋樓房。雖然大樓有部分未完全蓋好，但住宿樓層在16樓，已非常完善！入住時房東給自助入住密瑪，房間很新、很乾凈！因為我們帶小孩較在意菸味，但這間房完全沒有這個問題。而且床品均使用一次性保潔套防護，我們住的很舒適！睡得很好！早上會有輕微的裝修聲，但不影嚮睡眠，可接受。住宿過程和房主的溝通良好，這是我們在南寧很滿意的住宿體驗！
