隔音效果差，服務態度差，房間很窄很小，衞生很差，枕頭全是臟的，床單還有紅色不明痕跡，沒有熱水，沒有燒水壺，地板特別臟，隔音差到離譜，別的房間拔充電線的聲音都聽得一清二楚，半夜有人在走廊大聲放視頻，大清早有人在瘋狂敲門

首先這個店是真垃圾，老闆人品也差，我10點11分打電話給賓館明確表示有免費停車位我才下單過去，結果去到了又告知平台上的價格太便宜了，停車要20停車費。然後我轉身找客服申訴説我要退款因為沒住，結果店家不肯退，故意扣着錢，連平台都拿這種無賴沒辦法。你接受不了平台的低價你上***平台啊。故意為難顧客，後面還叫我回去住，我回去住你接着為難我我怎麼辦？真是店垃圾，人品還不行，趁早倒閉

反正不會有第二次了，環境的確乾淨，但是太小，隔音效果太差，走廊上有人講話走路全都清清楚楚聽得見，不知道是哪裡大早上八點就起來裝修鑽牆壁，震的人都麻瞭然後到了入住還要讓我多加二十塊錢，訂的那間房又説人家沒退，沒退幹嘛要讓我訂了啊，明明是一樣的房間非要多加二十塊錢，牆體也破裂了
