The front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were very comprehensive. The gym and swimming pool are conveniently located on B1. The service was also top-notch, and the concierge car was always available on demand. I especially liked that the complimentary goodnight milk was Mengniu brand.

The room was spacious with a large balcony and a great view. Overall, the service was acceptable. However, the general facilities are quite dated, especially the lobby bar, where the sofas were so filthy they were unusable. Many basic services, such as laundry, also incur additional charges.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately impressed by its minimalist yet grand decor. The warm yellow lighting created a truly welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff greeted me with such warmth, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions. The room itself was impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, making it feel like sleeping on a cloud, which ensured a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation, and the complimentary toiletries were of good quality. The shower gel had a lovely scent, and hot water was instantly available with excellent water pressure.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Wuxing Lake and Guangxi Art Museum are both incredibly close, and it's much more pleasant to explore than Sanjie Liangxiang. It's ideal for those who prefer peace and quiet. The complimentary Laoyou Fen (noodles) that came with the package was also very delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I'd definitely consider coming back with my family next time. Excellent value for money!

This trip was a wonderful surprise! I was a bit apprehensive before arriving because the photos on Ctrip reviews looked pretty average, but the actual experience was a huge pleasant surprise. The environment was excellent, the service was outstanding, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. The shuttle service was prompt and available on demand, and the hotel's breakfast restaurant was simply stunning. The room itself was spacious, featuring two generous balconies. Plus, there's a complimentary swimming pool and a playground. Perfect for kids – they can happily spend an entire day playing without even needing to leave the hotel! Definitely a huge thumbs-up!

The hotel offers a wonderful garden-style environment, with various buildings spread across the grounds. They provide 24-hour buggy service, and the drivers are very enthusiastic and friendly. Facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, and a children's play area. You can also spot peacocks, sika deer, and young goats around the property. It's perfectly suited for family outings or a relaxing vacation, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Families with children could easily spend a whole day here. The value for money is excellent.

Unlike those towering high-rise hotels, this truly feels like a proper resort. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the surroundings are absolutely fantastic, and it's conveniently located near Wuxiangshan Park. We spent too little time here as we were out exploring, but I honestly felt like I could have happily spent my entire trip just enjoying the hotel's amenities. Upon checking in, they arranged a lovely family afternoon tea for us, featuring delicious and adorable desserts. If I ever get the chance to visit Nanning again, I will absolutely choose to stay here.

If you're visiting Nanning, this Wuxiang Mountain Villa Hotel is truly the best choice. The experience was absolutely fantastic, beyond words. This time, I happened to be returning to Liuzhou during the off-peak season, so I decided to spend two nights here before heading back to Shenzhen. The villa is located right next to Wuxiang Lake Park, serving as a natural 'oxygen bar'. Its extensive gardens are home to a wide variety of plants, and within the grounds, you can find swans and peacocks. Guests can even enjoy feeding the adorable animals and koi fish. I would genuinely call this Nanning's ultimate holiday paradise!!! Both the overall environment and the service were absolutely outstanding. The rooms are spacious, designed with a traditional Chinese style and facilities that possess a classic charm. The balcony is very comfortable and expansive, and in the mornings, you're serenaded by the delightful sounds of insects and birds! Coexisting with nature here is simply so idyllic and relaxing. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the staff were very polite. The restaurant manager even personally inquired about our dining experience. When we pointed out a minor area for improvement, it was completely rectified the very next morning at breakfast – truly impressive and thoughtful service! Overall, the service was excellent. There's a convenient concierge buggy service for transfers to and from the guest rooms, and you never have to wait long at all, making everything incredibly convenient!

This trip was a perfect blend of business and leisure, and I chose this hotel for its stunning natural beauty and serene environment. Not only were the surroundings beautiful and clean, but the service was also impeccable. What truly touched me was when my clothes, including some undergarments, which I had hung out to dry on the balcony, got drenched by the rain while we were out. A housekeeping staff member happened to notice and, without being asked, took the initiative to wash and dry them for us. I was incredibly moved by this thoughtful gesture. It truly felt like a home away from home! My overall stay was exceptional!

We opted for a family room, which was thoughtfully designed with elements our kids absolutely loved. Unfortunately, we arrived too late in the evening to let them play in the ball pit, and the children's play area didn't open until 11:30 AM the next day, so we ended up missing out. The hotel staff were all very warm and welcoming. Given the hotel's large size, they conveniently provide a shuttle service to get around the different facilities. We also took the children to feed the fish and even some sheep, which made for a truly enjoyable trip!

Honestly, the entire hotel's facilities are extremely outdated, and the advertised features bear no resemblance to reality. The so-called 'heated' pool was cold, the gym didn't even turn on the AC, and even after running the room's air conditioning for days, it never dropped below 24 degrees Celsius. The bathroom's exhaust fan was also broken. Most importantly, the hotel lacks self-service laundry facilities. They play word games on Ctrip, and it's clear they're just trying to profit from their exorbitantly priced laundry service. The complimentary 'goodnight milk and cookies' were an absolute joke, and they even charge 50 RMB per hour for the billiard room. Seriously, the gap between their promotions and reality is massive. I originally wanted to find a nice place to relax for a few days, but it only added to my stress and frustration. The staff were quite friendly, I must admit, but they were utterly ineffective at solving any problems. And the management is an absolute joke – if you can't afford to run a hotel properly, then don't bother! This place absolutely doesn't deserve its five-star rating. I've honestly never stayed in a hotel this bad. I'd recommend staying at a cheaper place; you'd get a much better experience. And just to add, I didn't even book their cheapest room – for over 700 RMB a night, this is what you get!

They've added many new family-friendly facilities, which is a great plus. I had a wonderful trip and would definitely bring my friends next time. Although a problem arose, it was handled swiftly and efficiently. This level of professionalism and service attitude is truly commendable and deserves special praise. Air conditioning is available throughout the entire building, and the common areas are impeccably clean. The pool is a bit on the shallow side, but the emergency equipment by the poolside is comprehensive. Even the hair dryers are high-quality Laifen brand. Additionally, there's a convenient electric buggy service from the lobby to the rooms.
