One of the finest hotel I stayed in China over the past 15 years. Everything was top notch. Be it interior decor, facilities, breakfast etc with breathtaking views of city skyline.

We stayed at Na Lotus Hotel on Feb14,2024。Why we didn't accept Two Glasses Cocktail during us stay that date?That night we went up to the 80th floor. The waitress told us to come back tomorrow (next date Feb15). Tonight was not accepted and she told us . If we sit by the window, we have to pay 500 yuan we can sit down! So how do hotel services charge? I paid more than 2,000 RMB for one night. Will we book again for next time ? It turned out to be a scam! When i booked a hotel online, The Trip web site showed up that can use this ticket for accommodation that night . I didn't understand why did you post it up on the trip web site ?？？

The service attitude is very good. The staff are polite and friendly. They respond quickly to customer requests👍🏻On one occasion, the air conditioner in the room I originally stayed in could not meet my requirements. After reporting to the front desk, staff responded within 10 minutes. They arranged a fully air-conditioned room for me, and it was almost midnight. I really appreciate and appreciate the hotel staff for behaving responsibly and resolving issues for guests. It should be noted that many hotels often experience insufficient air conditioning, but this can be resolved within a short period of time after response. Not every hotel can do this👍🏻Later, I also received many calls from hotel staff to apologize, which made me feel embarrassed😅

Overall, I thought the place was pretty good. Everyone there was helpful and nice. The room was clean, however starting to show its age. Some of the tiles grout are gone, and u can see gaps. The gap between the carpet and the tile needs to be sealed or covered. Biggest downer was my kid had a stomachache after having their breakfast. She felt better after she vomit. The hotel personnel did come to check up and brought her some porridge, milk and fruit, but she didn’t eat any. Next day we only used the breakfast for their coffee. I did use their pool. Wish it was a little warmer.

This trip is a bit rush, therefore we hv not much time to make use of the facilities. I've tried the oil massage at the 77th floor Spa, the massage was only average with the amount they are charging. Will not visit the Spa again. We have no chance to have meals at the hotel restaurants but we surely hope to try out the hotel complimentary breakfast which was offered free to the hotel guests at a different period after my bookings. Not to forget, all the staffs at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with the guests. It was a nice stay.

非常棒的一次入住體驗，從下車開始就體會到賓至如歸的服務。大堂在80層，很nice。高空俯瞰，整個南寧盡收眼底。 Checkin時得到了一位帥氣的小夥子Allen的熱心幫助，很快就解決了問題，還專門添加了管家服務。網評服務好實測確實很好。房間也是大大的驚喜，足夠大，足夠奢華，洗漱用品都是很好的品牌，香氣宜人，蒂芙尼藍的配色也深得我心。歡迎水果，膠囊咖啡機應有盡有。窗外就是翠綠的青秀山，此處絕對是來南寧的不二選擇。必須超級贊👍👍👍
