Hotel dengan Bar di Nantes

Although the location is perfect - all the tourist attractions are right there around the corner - it kinda feels like a dodgy alleeway. It´s located deep in the old town so you have to wait for a taxi for a looong time, so you better order that in advance if you need to catch a flight on time. The floorplan is not like in your average hotel which is understandable as it´s an old building, but a bit more open floorplan in the rooms would be great. there´s a lot of corners and cabinets and not much space. Feels like being on a cruise ship - everything is there but is´s petite ;) The fittness centre consists of 3 instruments and 10 dumbells so don´t expect too much. But the hotel overall is OK, bed´s comfy, quite, people are friendly and the breakfast was nice. Couple of small things to improve: the phone in my room didn´t work, neither did the blowdryer. And perhaps a bit more information to be written down in English but that´s just a French thing I guess :) .

Première fois dans un hôtel campanile. Chambre très agréable et propre, lits confortables, TV appréciable après une longue journée. Seul petit bémol, des petites traces dans les recoins de la salle de bain. Autrement rien à redire, un service d’accueil très courtois et aimable.

L'hôtel, La Pérouse, est bien situé sur la Cour des cinquante otages. C'est un petit hôtel de charme, très confortable, très propre, très sécuritaire qui offre un petit déjeuner de très grande qualité avec des produits locaux et biologiques. Chaque chambre offre un coffret de sécurité. L'hôtel est entouré de nombreux restaurants, est à distance de marche du Château des ducs de Bretagne, tout près de presque tous les sites touristiques et des transports en commun et à 10 minutes à pied du petit théâtre Krappo Roy. Le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse, toujours prêt à nous aider et nous faire des recommandations. Vraiment, un endroit idéal pour faire un séjour à Nantes.

My first time in Novotel and last. We stayed 5 nights during Hellfest and we had the hotel booked for over a year. On arrival we were asked to pay a deposit of 800 euros and that was a discount as it should be 900. When we left we had to pay nearly 100 euros more than what was mentioned on ***********. We received only one water on arrival and another day even though we were there 5 nights and we were two people. The hand wash finished after one night and was never refilled. This weekend the temperatures were around 40 degrees and we were given a room with faulty aircon. We were in 2 stars hotels with service way beyond this. As soon as we arrived we were scared we would not have a hotel to stay in and we had booked over a year before. Unnacceptable. Also I left a peg for the hair, a black plastic peg to hold the hair that disappeared after the first day. The locker had an error at a point and even though the staff quickly sorted it out, it gave us a panic attack as our passports etc were there. We never had an apology, on the opposite we were invited to cancel in the most packed weekend of the year (thank you!) and were overcharged. The experience  was really not worth the price and I will never chose Novotel again.

ジムも併設、部屋も綺麗だった。ホテルスタッフは非常に親切でありがたかった。近隣にレストランも多く、また、駅からもそう離れていないので、良かった。

Une très bonne expérience grâce au Radisson Blu hôtel situé en plein centre ville de Nantes. Personnels à l’écoute de son client. Service et chambre au top. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix de produits. Une ville à visiter avec ses restaurants de qualité.

We returned to this hotel after 3 years for the much delayed Hellfest Festival in June. Again I cannot fault the hotel or services. Clean room and bedding and strong breakfast offering. We will be back again next year and recommend this hotel as noted along with its location being 2 minutes from the train station. Merci pour un excellent séjour David

Stayed here for a night before travelling onto Brest. Friendly helpful check-in. As was heatwave (up to 43°C) as my limited French allowed me understand the air-conditioning wasn't t working at this temperature so a free drink was offered and much appreciated at the bar. Room was clean and comfortable. I nearly slept out breakfast

Superior room was very nice, great to have some extra space and a view over the local streets. Breakfast was very good. Bed was extremely comfortable. Air con worked brilliantly and wasn't noisy. Location is convenient for many of the sights, and it's 5 mins walk to Commerce for Line 1, 2 and 3 trams. All public transport is free at weekends. Nantes is a lovely place to visit, plenty to do and see.
