Ulasan Mercure Nantes Centre - Grand Hôtel

Location is okay. Service is lacking due to lack of staff (they said so).

Hotel is at a good location but it’s not easier to find as there is road works. Take us long time to find it as the gps does not show us another road. The receptionist check us in are very helpful and nice. The hotel is nice , good size room except the toilet is really small. The room have coffee machine and kettle too.

Super conveniente per la posizione. Ottimo servizio e colazione abbondante e variegata. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Henri Michel, davvero comoda per 4 persone.

房間裏面該有的都有，很乾凈整潔。 早餐不錯， 停車場位置很難找，特別是第一次，進出，都不太容易找到，但是前台服務員非常耐心，給了導航地址，和出口指引路線示意圖，但是對於外國人來説，第一次真的很難找。

Les employés ne sont pas très enthousiastes. La chambre est très basique par rapport au prix payé. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très impressionnant. Vous devriez ajouter des champignons sautés au beurre pour accompagner Scrambled Egg.

Très agréable et confortable. Concernant le facturation, ce fut la cata, 3 lignes, 2 erreurs. Quasiment 100€ facturés indûment.

Отель берёт депозит только с банковской карты. Возвращает долго. В номере не оказалось фена. Пришлось просить 3 раза и только на третий раз принесли. На 1 ночь максимум. Но больше збесь не остановлюсь. Сервис не очень.

Hotel idéalement situé au cœur de la ville, permettant de tout visiter à pied et disposant d'un parking. En revanche, la literie n'est pas au niveau du tout (matelas fin et très dur), il s'agit de la même literie que l'on retrouve dans les hôtels Ibis **. Les draps sont rêches et trop petits (cela envelope difficilement le lit en entier), les cousins petits et sans volume, la couette fine et toute petite. Ce point doit vraiment être changé, actuellement ce ne sont absolument pas des literies dignent d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont plutôt petites.

Mercure hotels are almost always comfortable and convenient for business and leisure. This hotel was centrally located, the rooms and especially the beds were very comfortable. Bathrobes and bath slippers were present in the room. This hotel chain refrains from using plastic so they use glass and paper as cups, bottles etc. The dining room was rather small and the dinner ( our stay was half board) was average but the variety and quality at breakfast was good. There was also a variety of teas ( not teabags) so you could prepare your own tea. I would recommend this hotel.

A great experience. We arrived tired on our touring bikes. We received a warm welcome and indeed were upgraded to a fabulous suite. There was secure parking for our bicycles in the underground car park. The location of this hotel in the centre of Nantes is excellent.

Just the job. Ended up with a small suite as standard rooms had run out. A good size, themed with a French actor. A small toilet a long way round to the basin was the only weirdness. Otherwise comfy bed, acceptable wifi, nice coffee machine / and a great location at Commerce for travel in all directions or directly walking around the old town. Slightly noisy street cleaning for 20 mins every day at 6am. Breakfast I enjoyed for the excellent baked goods particularly. At least 5 different kinds of Brioche, fresh cakes, and really excellent freshly baked Madeleines (still warm if you’re lucky with the timing). Plus freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice - and very good (local) cheeses. Hot food meh but didn’t miss it. Last visit I stayed in Okko which I also liked a lot - especially the day lounge - and it was better value. Which would I choose next time? Either but the Mercure if I need the trams…

The smallest bathroom I have ever seen. The staff here were extremely helpful and made up for the disappointing room. Although accessible to everywhere, I would not stay here again! Having come from the Mercure in La Richelle which was superb…..this let the chain down badly.

Really great service and warm welcome! Perfect location for a family trip to Nantes because of tram access and proximity to restaurants! We had a comfortable suite and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for families with young children.
