I chose this hotel because I wanted a staycation with an open air swimming pool. The room was big and spacious, with a beautiful balcony (but not on the swimming pool). The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower and all around the room there were little surprises such as fish food to use for the pond fish, little mottos in both chinese and english, bathgel and other toiletries. What was not evident, though, is that some of this things were not for free! The big bottle of water that we expected to be free (5star hotel, 500 yuan per room!!) was indeed not, and it was written in extremely fine prints on the bottle. Same for the tea leaves in the teaset!
Another disappointment was the breakfast. The choice and quality were ok, but definitely not at a 5-star hotel level. No choice in sweet bread, no coffee and very little variety of fruits.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaStayed here for 1 night with my husband and 2 children and we will definitely stay here again. It's just a 5 min drive from Nantong Railway Station and a super huge mall, MixC, is just diagonally across. Nantong Forest Wildlife Park is near too - a 20 min drive away.
Staff were super helpful and accomodating when we told them upon checking in that we wanted to extend our stay by 4 hours the next day since check out was by 2pm but our train was only at 6+ in the evening. She helped us book the room via CTrip since we can't read or speak Chinese.
The hotel looks super new, our room was cozy and modern. Linen was clean and soft. We requested for an extra pillow and blanket and both were delivered to our room almost immediately. Everything was top notch and we truly had a good night's rest. :)

JJazzaThis hotel can accommodate any type of stay. Ours was a Valentine staycation. Service was great. Bath was amazing as was the view. Buffet costs 100RMB p/p which is fair and there were loads of options for all diets. we've been here before and we'll be here again

EElla1980Sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel terutama langsir gelap dalam bilik yang boleh buat saya bangun pagi secara natural, saya suka sangat👍. Sarapan pagi juga sangat kaya. Ia adalah pancuran di dalam bilik. Ia agak mengecewakan. Mungkin tekanan air terlalu rendah dan keluaran air kecil. Disebabkan taufan ini, pantai dan kolam renang semua tutup, jadi saya belum bermain sebelum ini, jangan komen!
Persekitaran sekitar hotel bagus 👍 Terdapat banyak restoran untuk dipilih berdekatan.
Perkhidmatan hotel ini juga sangat baik. Kali ini saya naik taraf kepada bilik dengan pemandangan laut. Disebabkan kecuaian saya, saya terlupa untuk meninggalkan barang-barang di dalam bilik ketika saya mendaftar keluar. Pembantu rumah Alice dengan baik hati membantu saya menghantarnya pulang. Terima kasih banyak-banyak🙏
Walaupun taufan tidak mengizinkan saya untuk bermusafir, baring sahaja di dalam bilik hotel, tetapi saya rasa baring dalam persekitaran ini, menghadap laut, juga sangat selesa. Saya pasti akan pergi lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang.

SSTEPHANIE MONIQUEThis hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.

JJazzaThis is not our first time staying at the island. It’s also not our first time staying in a cabin. We keep coming back because of the fantastic service and friendly welcome inside the cabin. There is a fridge and a kettle. However, I do recommend bringing your own cutlery and crockery and cooking utensils if you plan to use the barbecue facilities. I also recommend that you take all the food that you wish to eat while you’re there with you as other than breakfast. There isn’t much choice in terms of vendors other than some drinks and snacks. There are plenty of things to do each day, some of which will cost you money, some are free. My family, particularly enjoy the big rainbow slide and the play park, which welcomes you with two big red windmills and a very friendly staff member. Overall a fantastic little getaway and somewhere I would definitely recommend for those who are outdoorsy.
