The staff at the Ascott Harmony City Nantong were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. They had also prepared a very sweet welcome gift for me. The bed was super comfy. The hotel was in a prime location, close to many major attractions as well as subway station. I will always stay at this hotel when traveling to Nantong!

Good location, comfortable, service staff are friendly. Surrounded with shopping centres and restaurants. To meet our request to place the 2 rooms in the same level, the hotel has upgraded our rooms without extra charges. We will come back to this hotel in our next business trip.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The lobby staff Anna and Lily were extremely friendly and very professional. English speaking was no problem at all. The location of the Hotel is also very good, very close by Harmony City Shopping Mall with endless Clothes and Food shopping opportunities. We booked the “Space” themed room which was very detailed and beautiful equipped 👌 The breakfast was a good average. Nothing special. Next to the breakfast lounge is a Kids room which was the favorite place for our son 👦. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We are looking forward for our next stay at Ascott 👍

The view from the hotel is amazing😍! great location, easy access to restaurants and very convenient for shopping, delicious buffet for breakfast but the swimming pool is just 1.2m. Hotel room cozy👌

Breakfast was just okay, room felt a bit rundown, entertainment system is a bit old. Couldn’t find the slippers. Unfortunately I think it’s probably the best hotel in Nantong.

衞生：為什有點堪憂，其他的都蠻好。 早餐也有，四星+吧。 前台的那個helen嗎，人很好。是個女生，我有點記不清了。前一天小哥搞錯了入住延遲退房。她及時糾正了。 環境：能看到南通的江邊，還是不錯。

感謝前台Lily我升級了！原本訂的房間，我覺得有點點小，當天又衹剩一間了！感謝感謝哈 歡迎禮居然是狗帶娃的巧克力🍫真棒👍🏻 房間配有洗衣機，冰箱也很大，還可以凍冰塊，真是太棒了！！！ 唯一的缺點就是早餐不太豐富

帶家人南通旅行，入住雅詩閣，感謝前廳Bella小姐姐漂亮温柔，安排房間特別貼心，專業細緻，開明睿智。房間超級滿意，設施設施非常完備， 西門子智能家電一應俱全。在房間可以遠遠眺南通廣播電視塔和濠河風景區。36樓的健身房也超級的棒，酒店的早餐非常的美味可口，阿姨態度也特別的好。南通真的是一座安靜舒適小而美的城市，雅詩閣在城市的中心交通非常的便捷，非常開心，在這裏度過三天兩晚。再次謝謝Bella的專業和敬業！下次來南通一定還住你家哦。
