入住時前台挺熱情，房間裏沒有瓶裝水，反映了一遍後沒有迴應。第二次打電話後送來了四瓶水。送了一張下午茶券，就是吃着玩玩的。早餐挺豐富的。

I spent 2 nights and enjoyed my time with my wife and kid to the fullest. Some stuff can speak English which does feel more comfortable. The bath was great and so was the pool facilities. I’ll be back for a third time

離動物園很近，親子房很乾凈，服務人員態度也很好，安排了粉色佈置，娃特別喜歡。房間裏面也有繪本，洗手枱也是親子分開的，很方便。出房門就是小童樂園，小朋友不亦樂乎，小朋友很多很開心。酒店也有單點晚餐，性價比高，口味一般，吃飽沒問題，早餐確實比較普通，不過吃飽也沒問題，外賣不是很方便，外送費高，玩野生動物園兩天一夜好選擇，特地來住，沒必要，周邊沒有什麼東西，農莊也有一些活動。

Also, the breakfast is really good. All staff working in the hotel are very friendly and proactive.
Jihazel Station is also conveniently located 5 minutes away, and the Nantong Scenic Garden lake is nearby, making it great for walking and sightseeing.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was very nice and the view from the room was amazing. However, the hotel really doesn't cater to Western couples - it seems like everyone else staying in the hotel was a Chinese couple with young children. There was little information in the hotel about what the hotel had to offer, and there were a lot of things that were unavailable - the pool was closed, the two Western restaurants were closed, the bar was closed (and looked like it had never been open), and a lot of the eating places around the hotel were closed too. The hotel was very busy and noisy with all the families, and maintenance of the garden and outside areas of the hotel was not a priority at all - things were falling apart and they looked a mess. Having said all of this, it was nice to be able to walk on the beach and see the ocean. However, couples looking for a nice getaway where they can relax should look at going somewhere else.

Room cleaning was done every single day and towel will be all changed.
Free laundry service is really the best and I really have to give a thumbs up. Not only it is free but also very quick. All laundries picked up in the morning will be done and sent to your room within the same day.
Breakfast is ok. Not much of variety but covers eastern and western enough. Taste wise I would say acceptable.
Location of hotel is good for me coz factory I worked with is within cycling distance. There are restaurants, massage centers, pubs, ktv, fast food, convenient store and etc. around. So, it is quite convenient to get daily needs.
Definitely will recommend to my colleague to stay at.

GGeorgeThe hotel is conveniently located 10-15 minutes, on foot, to the High-Speed Nantong Railway Station. You can catch a train to Shanghai or as far north to Harbin from that Station. There is a nearby (5-10 minutes, on foot) bus stop where you can ride a bus to downtown Nantong, and to the Langshan Scenic Area (overlooking the Yangzte River; atop Langshan, is a well-maintained, Song Dynasty-era pagoda). It costs 2RMB per ride.
The hotel is brand new and located in a mix-residential and business area. Despite the proximity to local businesses and the Railway Station, it is very quiet at night.
The morning buffet is more than adequate. I particularly like their flat-rice noodles and their deep-fried red bean paste rolls.
The hotel staff, in particular, the kitchen staff, were friendly and helpful.

WWangdagang很喜歡酒店的別墅風格，早晨可以到處走走逛逛很愜意。出酒店大門左手邊是狼山風景南大門右手邊是長長的濱江步道遊玩很方便都不用開車。晚上就在酒店的餐廳用餐，菜品很精緻味道也不錯很適合我們的口味所以連續兩天都在餐廳用餐了。特別是第二天用餐時還送了禮物呢特別感謝以後有機會再來南通還會選擇鵬欣花園國賓酒店的。

There is a fridge and a kettle. However, I do recommend bringing your own cutlery and crockery and cooking utensils if you plan to use the barbecue facilities. I also recommend that you take all the food that you wish to eat while you’re there with you as other than breakfast. There isn’t much choice in terms of vendors other than some drinks and snacks. There are plenty of things to do each day, some of which will cost you money, some are free. My family, particularly enjoy the big rainbow slide and the play park, which welcomes you with two big red windmills and a very friendly staff member. Overall a fantastic little getaway and somewhere I would definitely recommend for those who are outdoorsy.
