酒店是新裝修的，大廳讓人眼前一亮，房間設施設備也很新穎，7樓還有自助洗衣房，烘乾機特別方便！第二天的早餐着實很美味，特別是手工餛燉和麪條，邊包邊煮，看起來很好吃的樣子！一碗下肚，渾身都暖和起來了！服務更是沒的説！走的時候大堂經理還給遞了一瓶熱的礦泉水，讓人真的感覺到賓至如歸！這個酒店值得推薦！大家快來打卡！

Tidak lama selepas pembukaan, bilik itu sangat luas dan sarapan pagi yang banyak. Satu-satunya ialah isteri bilik itu. Saya bercakap dalam dialek seperti murai pada pukul 7 pagi. Ia menyedarkan saya dari mimpi saya dan menyangka itu adalah kanak-kanak di sebelah. Saya bangun dan mendengar dengan teliti bilik Kakak ipar, saya tinggal sehingga pukul sebelas dan terus membuat bunyi yang terputus-putus sehingga saya berjalan ke pintu masuk lif ketika saya mendaftar keluar. The service of the hotel is great and the room was very clean in a good standard. When you arrive you feel welcomed and the staff is friendly. The hotel is in a great location that allows a person to have both access to downtown or to zhongnan. Best part is that is behind a shopping mall that makes everything convenient for the stay in the hotel. The breakfast included is just okay, it doesn't cater much for foreigners,however you still get to have the view at the breakfast room.

Mereka mempunyai dua bilik mandi, bilik jubah dan tab mandi yang besar, tetapi mereka juga mempunyai kekurangan. Mereka tidak mempunyai peti sejuk kecil, dan air panas di bilik mandi tidak panas dan memerlukan penambahbaikan. . Sarapan pagi tidak sesuai, pada dasarnya tiada apa-apa untuk dimakan, kolam renang agak kecil, dan ia dikongsi dengan gim di atas, tetapi kanak-kanak masih menyukainya. Puji Xiao Ou di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Apabila anda mendaftar masuk, bantu berikan anda perbezaan harga naik taraf terendah.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was very nice and the view from the room was amazing. However, the hotel really doesn't cater to Western couples - it seems like everyone else staying in the hotel was a Chinese couple with young children. There was little information in the hotel about what the hotel had to offer, and there were a lot of things that were unavailable - the pool was closed, the two Western restaurants were closed, the bar was closed (and looked like it had never been open), and a lot of the eating places around the hotel were closed too. The hotel was very busy and noisy with all the families, and maintenance of the garden and outside areas of the hotel was not a priority at all - things were falling apart and they looked a mess. Having said all of this, it was nice to be able to walk on the beach and see the ocean. However, couples looking for a nice getaway where they can relax should look at going somewhere else.

KKayBoatWe spent a celebratory night in this hotel and the expectations were high. We were not disappointed, we had a wonderful staycation in a comfortable room on the 22nd floor and a view on the surroundings. We chose the “superior room” and it can with an extremely comfortable bed (with 2 pillows each: one soft and one firm, to meet everyone’s preferences), a big desk, a reading armchair and a big bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The room was very clean and the hotel itself gave a “luxury” vibe while being affordable. The receptionist spoke English, and so did some of the staff at the breakfast. The breakfast is a buffet with a huge choice, both Chinese and Continental (baozi, eggs, bacon, meat, cold cuts, rice…but also fruit, fresh bread and pastries, many types of juice, coffee, yogurt and cereals…)
The hotel also has a spa, a gym, a swimming pool and some restaurants, but we didn’t try any (…this time!)
Around the structure there are many places to eat and many different malls, and it is very close to the train station, even if it is a little far from the center.
All in all we had a wonderful experience and we want to repeat it as soon as we can!!

MmeltemirocksI chose this hotel because I wanted a staycation with an open air swimming pool. The room was big and spacious, with a beautiful balcony (but not on the swimming pool). The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower and all around the room there were little surprises such as fish food to use for the pond fish, little mottos in both chinese and english, bathgel and other toiletries. What was not evident, though, is that some of this things were not for free! The big bottle of water that we expected to be free (5star hotel, 500 yuan per room!!) was indeed not, and it was written in extremely fine prints on the bottle. Same for the tea leaves in the teaset!
Another disappointment was the breakfast. The choice and quality were ok, but definitely not at a 5-star hotel level. No choice in sweet bread, no coffee and very little variety of fruits.

Saya sangat tidak suka memberi maklum balas negatif tetapi saya harap pihak pengurusan akan membaca ini.
Kami menginap di hotel evergrande castle, bukan hotel utama di hadapan pantai.
Kami cuba menempah yang utama tetapi mereka mempunyai kumpulan jadi kami tidak mempunyai banyak pilihan.
Lokasi tidak buruk tetapi bilik kami kelihatan seperti pangsapuri rumah biasa.
Apabila saya masuk, saya menanggalkan kasut saya dan selepas beberapa minit saya dapati lantai itu kotor menyebabkan kaki saya hitam di bahagian bawah.
Sarapan pagi adalah baik, kualiti makanan yang baik dan saya harus mengatakan kakitangan (pelayan) sangat baik dan membantu.
Namun di fasiliti tempat kami menginap mereka tidak mempunyai restoran lain jadi kami perlu keluar untuk makan (200m jauhnya)
Semuanya bagus tetapi sudah tentu untuk bilik 1250¥ setiap malam adalah pelik, untuk harga Thai, anda boleh mengharapkan untuk mempunyai peti sejuk mini di dalam bilik anda tetapi tidak... tiada tempat untuk dicari.
Bilik kami berada di tingkat 10, kami mempunyai pemandangan yang bagus tetapi bilik tidak terpencil dengan betul jadi kami masih boleh mendengar apa yang berlaku di tingkat pertama seperti orang bercakap atau kanak-kanak menangis.
Di dalam bilik tidak ada buku alu-aluan atau di tv tidak ada video atau menu yang menerangkan keseluruhan kemudahan bertema.
Saya sering melakukan perjalanan untuk kerja saya, dan saya pernah menginap di banyak jenis hotel.
Di sini saya harus jujur perkhidmatan yang diberikan tidak sepadan dengan harga sama sekali.
Seluruh hotel untuk sebuah resort masih berada di tangga kecil, hanya untuk memberi anda idea, kami bertanya kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu sejauh mana pantai berjalan dan mereka berkata jauh sunyi kami mesti menunggu bas atau menyewa basikal kerana 5 min naik kereta.
Ok, kami menunggu bas 15 minit dan perjalanan tidak lebih dari seminit. Berjalan kaki kami mengambil masa 10 minit.
Apabila kami menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu bertanya sama ada boleh menukar bilik, gadis di telefon itu sangat tidak profesional dan kedengaran seperti dia tidak mempunyai latihan sama sekali dalam cara bercakap dengan pelanggan.
Saya dan BF saya telah bekerja dalam bidang hospitaliti lebih daripada 10 tahun.
Kakitangan di sini memerlukan latihan.
Pada sebelah petang kami mencari tempat untuk minum kopi dan kami mendapati di dianping hotel utama mempunyai bar kopi kecil, kami menuju ke sana dan kami mendapati TIADA YANG dibuka antara 2-5 petang.... pelik untuk kemudahan sedemikian, jadi mereka mencadangkan kami pergi ke KFC. 😂(senyap lama ) ok.
Secara keseluruhannya, saya perlu katakan tempat itu terlalu mahal, mereka masih mempunyai banyak latihan untuk dilakukan dan menentukan tema mereka dengan lebih baik.
Pasti tidak mengesyorkan untuk ”skap hujung minggu”.
Walaupun anda mempunyai anak bukanlah tempat yang selesa sama sekali.
Hanya dua perkara yang saya akan katakan bagus di sini ialah:
1. Kakitangan yang mesra semasa sarapan pagi di hotel istana
2. Restoran makanan laut melintasi hotel istana, makanan yang menakjubkan. Namanya 小海豚渔村(恒大海上威尼斯店). Wajib pergi jika anda berada di hotel ini.

SSTEPHANIE MONIQUEThis hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.

JJazzaThis is not our first time staying at the island. It’s also not our first time staying in a cabin. We keep coming back because of the fantastic service and friendly welcome inside the cabin. There is a fridge and a kettle. However, I do recommend bringing your own cutlery and crockery and cooking utensils if you plan to use the barbecue facilities. I also recommend that you take all the food that you wish to eat while you’re there with you as other than breakfast. There isn’t much choice in terms of vendors other than some drinks and snacks. There are plenty of things to do each day, some of which will cost you money, some are free. My family, particularly enjoy the big rainbow slide and the play park, which welcomes you with two big red windmills and a very friendly staff member. Overall a fantastic little getaway and somewhere I would definitely recommend for those who are outdoorsy.

Oleh itu, jika anda mahukan pengalaman hebat di jakuzi, saya cadangkan anda membawa garam mandi anda sendiri. Saya telah menginap di hotel ini dengan bilik yang sama (satu dengan jakuzi) selama 3 hari dan ini adalah pengalaman yang sangat santai. Kecuali, bahawa sarapan yang mereka berikan di hotel ini hanyalah hidangan sarapan Cina. Begitu juga seperti roti, bubur, mi, nasi goreng, telur rebus dan susu kacang soya. Sekiranya anda menyukai menu sarapan Cina, sarapan ini pasti enak untuk anda. Tetapi saya lebih suka minum kopi, roti bakar dengan bacon pada waktu pagi. Jadi ya, saya tidak suka sarapan di sini jadi saya memesan sarapan untuk diri sendiri pada waktu pagi walaupun mereka memberi kami sarapan percuma.
