Hotel berhampiran Checheng Station, Nantou

Recently renovated, great indoor amenities that includes rock climbing, onsen, game room and children playground.

There were several areas where I felt the service and amenities could be improved. Firstly, lack of a lift and the need to climb up to level 4 was challenging, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, the counter staff I encountered during check-in were unfriendly and did not provide a welcoming atmosphere. Another issue was lack of security measures for guests' belongings. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that there were no numbered tags provided for luggage left in the lobby, which could have potentially resulted in items being lost or stolen. While the gentleman who assisted us with our request for extra pillows was helpful, I was disappointed to find that our room was cleaned without any notice the next day morning before check out. We had planned to return to the room after our breakfast and were surprised to find that the cleaning staff had already cleaned up the room without informing us. If our value belonging were still inside the room when it was cleaned. Who will takes responsibility for any lost or stolen items in such situations.

Hotel kecil yang cantik dan comel! Orang di kaunter penerimaan tetamu akan membuatkan anda berasa seperti di rumah dengan waktu gembira mereka yang berlangsung pada waktu petang, dengan hidangan hangat dan hidangan penuh jari, minuman panas dan berita gembira yang lain. Kucing-kucing kecil yang comel berada di sekeliling tempat itu juga. Pemandangan malam di anjung depan hotel adalah satu untuk diingati sejak sekian lama. Terdapat beberapa pusat bandar yang bagus dan pusat beli-belah (sangat kecil bandar, jadi jangan harap pusat membeli-belah besar). Kami ingin datang ke sini lagi.

The room is nice... Has a small fridge.. the room is clean.. free mineral water, coffee and tea... Internet wifi is fast.. This hotel only has 1 iron.. and you need to put 500twd as deposit to borrow from the front desk... Eventually I have no chance,coz 1 customer has it and I am wondering why they don't know who borrows the iron if they put a deposit and they don't know the room. Close to the main station...only 300m by walk.

1. 🕰️ Was asked to be seated while the reception prepared my check in (note that check in is at 5pm, I arrived around 315pm so I asked if they could let me check in slightly earlier). After about 45 mins, I went to check on the status and the reception has clearly forgotten about my check in. 2. 🪳Probably the most turned off thing of the stay. Opened the door and was greeted by a cockroach and a rubbish tissue (see photo). Live cockroach… 3. 🧹 No daily housekeeping. No bottled water provided. No hand soap so just got to make do with shower gel. The good part about this hotel is probably the location and the size of the room is pretty decent.

The staff really have no sense of time and the demanded payment from us at 3am due to a stained towel when were were not even checking out yet. (Were just there to collect something which had been dropped off with them) It made us feel like they are desperate for money, because the front desk staff would not let us go and even said we had to go withdraw and pay them there and then. Fine we paid and went up to the room which we had requested for room service only to find that the sheets they gave us had blood stains on the bed and pillow. The location and room were nice enough but would not recommend people to stay unless you intend to avoid the front desk at late night.

Hotel room are clean and modern. Love the contemporary design of the room and toilet (mirror with LED lights). Location is nearby to TRA station, with 10 mins walking distance. Receptionist could have greet / welcome their customer when customer entering or step out the hotel. For my experience , after checked-in , they don’t bother you anymore, no smile and no greet. You can find snacks outside of your room. But unfortunately, they don’t refill in time. I only able to grab some snacks during my first day stay in this hotel. Could be improve. The hot water in the shower room is just tepid. The drainage flow in the shower room very slow. Overall , I will give a 5 out of 10 for a three star hotel.

Location is NOT THE BEST. It is a walk from Taichung train station. During the night, nearby stalls are closed by roughly 8pm. there is a night market nearby but need to walk for awhile. However, the hotel itself is amazing. The contrast between the facade of the building and the rooms itself is astonishing. The room is cozy (it is small but sufficient) and the toilet is clean. the ”smart” toilet bowl is amazing. the staff are very nice and patient. Went slightly early with the intention to stash our luggages but they told us that our rooms were ready. once in, didnt want to go out anymore. The cocktails were amazing as well. it is not super ex so it is super worth. i will definitely go back again, and perhaps get a bigger room.

Hotel dan perabot adalah serba baru, tidak ada bau busuk, dan ruang yang besar dan tinggi, yang membuatkan orang ramai berasa sangat selesa hebat. Di dalam bilik Tiada bekalan, hanya 2 botol air, dan tiada uncang teh atau uncang kopi. Kakitangan perkhidmatan kelihatan tidak biasa, sejuk, dan tidak pandai menangani keadaan Tempat letak kereta mudah untuk diparkir dan ia mudah untuk datang dan pergi dengan bebas Kawasan kejiranan yang tenang dan agak tenang Lebih mudah untuk mempunyai lebih banyak pilihan tempat makan sarapan pagi tak banyak dan rasa sedap tapi porsinya sangat kecil dan tiada highlight jika dibandingkan dengan harga bilik biasa, nilai cpnya memang tinggi dan sesuai untuk orang yang memandu, tetapi kadar percutian kadang-kadang. menakjubkan

Not too far fm Feng Jia night market by taxi ＜10mins, you can call a taxi from 7-eleven. The hotel room is practical huge bed, and breakfast selection is good and nice food. Very accommodating staff, my young one not eating much so they pack for him some bread.
