Really convenient location with friendly staff. The view was excellent.

I have booked this hotel because of the location, and the view from this room was fantastic! Hotel is located on one of the 3 historical street and next to the pier. So if you want local/street food, just walk outside of the hotel, and if you want a boat ride or on water activities, they are right outside of the hotel as well. The hotel is small, however, the room size is great. Bathroom has separate tub and shower which is very accommodating for guest needs. Room has a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning quietness with nice view of the lake and nature surroundings. Breakfast on top floor has good varieties as well.

Staff members are super friendly and helpful, great view too, it is located right in the Main Street, easy to get food too.

The room was big and clean, and the hotel is primely located by the lakeside and in one of the more bustling areas of Sun Moon Lake (lots of shops and food carts).

Excellent view from my room, hotel is in a great location and the staff seem friendly. The breakfast selection is good. The downside of this hotel is the cleanliness. There is dirt in the corners of the rooms and too much mould in the bathroom for the price of the hotel. Needs a deep clean in the bathrooms.

The room and view was great, however the service there at the lobby wasn’t the best. It’s a shame because if the service was better it would be easily my go to hotel in sun moon lake if I visit again.

We have a free upgrade and the room is very huge. Very romantic for couple to stay together.

good location on the food street, relaxing not crowded on weekday, facing the lake. breakfast was okay. room and bathroom is spacious. balcony has nice view.

Stay at room 605, room is big and clean. Breakfast is just right but good for 3-star hotel. Hotel face to lake and at the middle of walking street which many restaurants and street food.

Hotel is a bit old. Room size is good. Location is great. Very convenient to eating places and mini marts. Quiet after 8pm.

Hotel very clean and spacious, nice lake view. Definitely will stay again next visit.

But allocated a room in level 2 so the view was abit disappointing. But the room was clean and the location is great. Overall still a great experience

Location was good, just at the pier and at the street with snacks and food. Had a balcony with a really good view of the lake, could hear the locals singing at night
