Hotel di Sun Moon Lake Water Pier, Nantou

The hotel is located on the sea side, the view is very nice. There is a bus station in front of the hotel. It's better to bring your own car to have the trip more convenient. If you ask for bikes, you might get the reply that it is better to rent the bike at Shuishe pier as it is too dangerous to use the road in front of the hotel. They don't seem to be very prepared for individual travellers. Breakfast and dinner are good and fresh, and you may find a lot of different dishes. The staff are friendly and kind, even if there are many who don't speak English.

整體感覺很好 就是價格稍貴

酒店很有設計感 位置離碼頭商店街都很近 走路可達 不靠近湖 但是很方便 可以走路去公交站 旁邊還有711 早餐是set menu 有鮮榨果汁 房間不是很大 不過住一晚主要是方便

The front desk staff was friendly and provided me with useful information and had a good chat. Room was clean and spacious. Had an amazing view of the pier. Would highly recommend

One of the best onsen resort around the region with lots of amenities provided. Room is big and clean with a beautiful onsen tub. Recommended for anyone planning to stay around the sun moon lake.

This is our first trip to Sun moon Lake and we stayed at this hotel, it has amazing view! The front desk lady free upgrade our room to a really nice lake view room and her service is outstanding! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

A hotel with great views and facilities. The room is spacious, but the price we paid per night draws disappointment when we noticed the state of cleanliness of the room. The curtains were dusty, window corners has webs and the most disappointing was the bathtub that has mould and dirt in it. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect location to stay in Sun Moon Lake area !

Ia terletak di tengah-tengah Tasik Sun Moon Melihat ke Tasik Sun Moon dari tingkap biliknya, terdapat banyak kedai dobi dan restoran berdekatan, dan ia sangat bagus kerana platform kapal pesiar berada betul-betul di hadapan. anda perlu pergi ke tasik di seberang untuk menaiki kereta kabel. I booked Lake View Quad 1 Room 2 Nights. Inside the room two large double beds were placed side by side on one side of the room, leaving a small passage to place your luggages and to move within the room. The two beds were sufficient for 4 pax. But the beds were so close, there was no walking space between them. One can only get out of the bed via the foot of the bed. This is not ideal for senior people who may need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. So if you are travelling with seniors, take the twin / double room instead. The savings is not worth it. Plus the room has really limited space for 4 adults to be moving around. The plus point for this hotel is that it has an amazing view of the lake and there are many shops along the street. Do note that the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours next door, especially if they sat at the balcony. There was no shower curtain so the whole toilet was wet after our shower. We didn't use the tub as it was not easy for the seniors to sit inside. No amenities except Shampoo and Body Soap.

去日月潭好多次，竟然沒發現有家這麼漂亮的城堡，這次非常期待入住，位置離日月潭和埔里都不遠，大約20分鐘左右，到埔里市區吃飯很方便。房間有浴缸，但階梯很陡容易滑倒，要很小心。隔天的早餐有點小失望，是一盤早餐，飲料有自助吧，食物樣式和份量不算多，生菜只有一小片，建議可以增加沙拉吧及一些水果。另外，服務生要我們用餐後把餐具自己放到回收車，這讓我很驚訝，早餐不是自助的，也只是一個盤子，難道服務員不能協助收走嗎？這麼漂亮有質感的環境，放了一台回收餐車（見照片）,真的很突兀，有點失望。希望飯店能更好，提升服務品質，整體上我們還是滿意
